Was Supposed to be an entry to "Gringat's Repugnant Contest 2: Theme Music", BUT I was LATE.
About this creation
In the contest, We were given a choice of 3 songs. The participants had to choose one song and make a moc that fits the theme, or at least how we interpret it. I chose the song C2C- Down the Road . Unfortunately, I didn't have time to complete it FOR the contest,(due to "distractions" and laziness)but here it is !
This character does not have an official name (because I couldn't come up with a good one), and goes by the nickname of "The Outcast".
In a Western society (Fictional and very cowboy-like) this "man" was outcasted (kicked out of his town) by trying to deal with crime and hooligans in his own way and trying to create justice based on his own personal beliefs. Sometimes his ways with dealing with crime was cruel, and punishing. What he doesn't know (or doesn't want to accept) is that he is part robot, part human (or toa..depending if YOU want this to be in Bionicle's fictional universe), which also sometimes messes with his moral beliefs and thought process.
So now this "man" is outcasted and forced to survive by himself on the wasteland as a bada$$ loner. Hopefully someday he will find another place or town that will accept him into society...
This moc was inspired by many things. First of all, the song choice. Secondly, I have begun a little likeness for cowboys/sheriffs and that type of fiction. The movie "Cowboys and Aliens", Rick Grimes from THE WALKING DEAD (Season 1) and games like RAGE and RED DEAD REDEMPTION inspired me to make this.
PS: The Cigarette is not my design. I do believe it is Gringat the Repugnant's design, and I used it because it fits this character's look and well... it was for Gringat :D
I'm lazy to think up another response, so I'm going to copy the one that I put up on youtube. :P
Great Job Chopper! Love the idea, and the custom-everything is pretty epic! Especially the feet, and the upper arms- I've never been able to get metru armor on custom arms. I think that you could of made it a bit more cowboyish/(cowboyie?) I don't know how you could have done that really though.
