Yes, I made them. I simply used templates from MCN. Besides, I don't think anyone on MCN could make something quite that bad. These are very old, some of my first decals in fact. I've vastly improved since then. I simply prefer to use other means to share them with the online community, rather than MOCpages.
Yes, its true I do use other people's decals in MOCs, but I would never post them as my own creation as the actual decal file.
