Excavator Transport Rail Car
A simple flatcar conversion for the Excavator Transport set.
About this creation
Nacho Enterprises Railway System (NERS) presents a rail car conversion for the Excavator Transport set 4203. This came about when I saw the set and instantly realized that it would work perfectly for a freight train. Since I do not have a freight train yet, this will most likely be my first freight car MOC. Enjoy!

For those with spare train parts in their collection, such as wheel assemblies, bogies, and couplers, this is an easy conversion.

Another view of the transport without the excavator.

*Twitch's Remarks*
Here is a MOC to show you that I am still alive and kicking. Sure, this is a very simple MOC and it is not that hard to do. However, I think that the concept behind it is important. The ability to look at something and see what it could be is very important. I saw the Mining sets and have thought about how they could be incorporated into the train world. My original idea was just to have a train with a bunch of open hopper cars pull up to The Mine and get loaded up. However, that idea seemed dull and needed some flair. This is the first part of that solution. I hope that you enjoy, and please feel free to rate and comment!

I like it, and it could come handy for me someday, flash news...I ll get the vintage monorail soon [a month] I ll then buy extra parts to make it much longer than original, + I ll fully customize it with the latest rounded 6' plane cockpits!

Quoting Sylphion - That I did! It's pretty amazing IMO. While mulling about in school today I had this idea of building a bulky-ish heavy mech, which I will start on after I've POV-RAYed two of my recent(?) mocs which I have not uploaded yet!
I look forward to your new stuff!

Quoting Sylphion - Hah, that's mostly due to my immense procrastination and other real life nonsense, mostly the lack on inspiration
I hear you on that. I have been busy in real life as well. While I have your attention, go check out the Mobile Suit that I made that is named after you.

Quoting Sylphion - Oh sweet Talos you're alive, I feared that you bit the dust somewhere out there D:
Nope, I am still alive and kicking. I could say the same about you since I have not heard anything from you in a while.

Quoting jd davis Very nice twitch very nice. like the simplicity of it. this is stands out of the models that are studless which makes this quite unique
Thanks! This is more of a stopgap MOC since the parts for the Briana are on order and I am fuddling around with redesigning Big Blair. I have to keep the creative juices turning so I do not lose my edge. Mwahahahahaha!

Quoting Mister Lego ~ Cool idea, maybe try and make it studless? Mind checking this out if you've got some time, http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/359488
I understand the whole studless craze, and most of my creations are studless. However, I kept the studs on this to show that it is a simple conversion from an official set. Not every official set is studless, and I did not want to go over the top and over complicate this. But thank you for your comment.
