What you're about to see is a model that has beaten all Top Gear's records, including Veyron's. This german car is a racing model with headlights. It's not that good done in Lego with my bricks, but I really tried to make a nice car. when I reached the hood, my red bricks were almost in the end! So the rear arche is horrible, sorry for that :/ Anyway, I would be glad if you comment it. please rate!
About this creation
side. why nobody gets right on the trunk?
like 2003's Apollo.
dat interior :/
In the rear, we also have...
Opening hood. And what a complicated hood! with almost no red bricks missing, it was very difficult to do this.
no trunk? yeah, the original doesn't seems to have one.
I agree totally with Ape below, a lot of the Ferrari set parts are used in a same model, more or less. Your models are very variable and full of details to be recognized as the car you want to be it! And congrats on your blog post!
Nice job. I'm not a huge fan of all these supercars made with Ferrari Racers parts, as the pieces do make it quite easy to do certain bits and they all end up looking quite similar - but this does look good : ) Well done on http://www.thelegocarblog.com too, well deserved : ) 4/5
Dat Apollo! One of the angriest looking cars, certainly. Yours is a good replica, although the real car does have a trunk over the back of the engine bay. (Nobody makes those, though =P ) Full of the same character as the real thing.
