AA-12 (Working)
Here's my working AA-12! It measures 996mm long (The real on is 991mm long) and the magazine holds 17 1x4 bricks. The magazine release is above the trigger, instead of under the trigger guard like on the real weapon. Credit goes to Jack Streat for the original mechanism. Hope you like it!

Quoting Bob Schwippert did this gun used a 2-studs-wide hammer?
I built it with a 2 stud wide hammer, but I believe it could be easily modifyed to use a 3 wide hammer. From my experience, 3 stud wide hammers are generally stronger.

SorryIdidn't judge this! I'll be giving you an overall of 27/30. Picture quality does not matter when you have a lego gun that shoots. :-)

Quoting Darkbird4 (Jack) It's hard to compare quality because everybody has a different building style!
That is entirely true!

Quoting Darkbird4 (Jack) Sorry, I like the gun and I hate to be rude but I think my judging is quite fair and any way A-Wolf has not even judged yet so what are you comparing me too? @ Voyagecreations I gave it a 10/10.
I mean the scores you gave to other entries don't make 100% sense when compared. But don't take it personally, because I now understand that judging isn't the easiest thing.

relation to category is easily a 10. Its an automatic shotgun! Its one of the most devastating person guns in the world :/ Very nice mechanism! Great work

Quoting Darkbird4 (Jack) Accuracy: 7/10 Demonstration: 7/10 Relation to category: 10/10 Overall: 24/30 Nice but it's not very detailed and the picture quality is not so good, however the firing ability I SWEET!
I'm not sure what you're talking about when you say the picture quality is not good, and the real weapon is very simple and has few details itself. Now I'm not saying this should win the contest or anything, but the judging seems a little unfair.

Quoting B o b great gun! I'm back building again, and I already wanted to build the aa 12 from BrickarmoryOnline (on youtube), but maybe this one is better :D Whats the range? (aiming straight forward)
Well the range mostly depends on how far the hammer moves, and with how much force. In my design, the hammer moves about as far as the hammer in some of Jack Streat's guns, but I didn't put many rubber bands on the hammer. That makes it very easy to cock, but not all that powerful. But of course, I could have made it stronger if I had wanted too. (Another problem with that is that tight rubber bands tend to break easier.) I don't know the exact range, but thanks!

Quoting michael k. <<<< Chris K. What do you mean? I didn't make it from instructions. Do you mean the mechanism?
In the description it says you got it from Jack Streat.
Ah...I said I give credit to Jack Streat for the mechanism. The mechanism I used is very similar to the mechanism in his H&K 416.
