Hive Soldier 2.0
look out earth forces here comes a new hive biosuit!
About this creation
The background story: The year is 2089, after mankind learned to live in peace, they learned they were not alone in the universe. Some alien races would become powerful allies, but some would become new threats. And so the greatest technological minds would unite... to save us all: MECH FACTORY........A new theme of MOCs by Boyzwiththemosttoyz.

The brick story: Another installment to my new theme is a redux of my hive foot soldier, now I present the Hive Soldier 2.0. This bio-suit is less armoured but highly manoueverable and agile in comparrison to the mech factory forces. Resembling an insect this bio-suit is a lanky killing machine. Although I am not a big fan of MOCCing with Bionicle or Hero factory bits entirely, the organic look gives it the perfect alien feel. Please rate and comment!

WOW! This one is nasty. Great work on the design and colors, it really looks like a very bad guy.

Great work! It fits in perfectly with the entire theme. Question: will this take the place of Version 1 from the start or will 1 and 2 co-exist? Like, V1 came out first, then V2 slowly replaced it on the battlefield.

Quoting Nick Barrett A departure from your usual style. It's good, but I have to admit I prefer your system builds.

Interesting to see you venturing into Bionicle-dom! No loss of attention to detail though, this is up there with the best of them.

u honour me with your comment o master of creating masterpieces out of bionicle bits!
Quoting Clever Crowe I am REALLY enjoying this series thus far, Chris. Nice to see you showing off some BioMOCing skills to compliment your System awesomery. (Serrated Spine is Serrated. (And looks pleasantly menacing.)) Great job!

Look at you going all bio;) Love the design. The blaster hanging off one arm and the claw off the other is a great touch. What I'm really digging about this one is the feet. The whole build looks very maliciously alien and it's the feet that pull it all together. Nice head choice as well. I hope first contact, you know, if it hasn't already happened and isn't a part of a massive government coverup, (insert X-Files theme song here), is with something a little more friendly-looking. Well done, Chris.

Cool! Really good for someone that's not so used to Bionicle and HF. Eeven thoug the torso is not that complex, it flow very well, wich to me is a good example that a custom build isn't always necessary. Also, I do like that hand technique... My only real nitpick would go to the legs, they could flow better with the body, maybe armoring them up a bit more or using some Hero Factory shells in there...

It was the eyes that struck me first and then all of those green, round 1x1 plates on the legs, like strange boney protrusions. Very alien and insectoid.
