Command center

A firefighter inserts an airbag.

The airbag is inflated, allowing the victim to be extracted.
-- Note the portable generator at left.

The hydraulic jacks support the car.

I liked this style chassis so much, I decided to rebuild my heavy rescue on it. This truck is equipped with a portable generator, airbags, hydraulic jacks, a hydraulic ram, Jaws of Life, wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, hammers, axes, crowbars, a pickaxe, saws, rope, advanced life support equipment, a backboard, scene lights and flood lights, oxygen tanks and the equipment to refill them, and a collapsible scaffold. It is equipped with a small mobile command center.

That's a fine looking rig. Good use of the chassis. Lots of equipment on it too. That's a plus in my book.
