About this creation

The side, with its stripes. After watching an episode of "Jay Leno's Garage" with a dark green one of these, I knew what had to be done.

Ironically, the car to come immediately after the terrible Merc turned out to be a reasonably functional, sturdy, and drastically more interesting build. +20% Street Cred, then.

Moving right along, the opening trunk. Which is enormous.

The doors, quite zesty. Not as zesty as the jambalaya I had for lunch, mind you.

The engine, a V8 Ford unit. Wait a tic....

Same idea, same engine. Only an even tinier car to put it in. Didn't sell as well, though, and what a pity that is.

Eight legged bas-

Only a few outside views, as "global warming" has made the outdoors insufferable. Has nothing to do with summer in anyway whatsoever.

The front, with some subtle chrome details.

And the back, with some fine finnery.

Another artsy shot.

Vielen Dank für die Suppe, Schildkröte auf dem Dach!*

*I make no claim that I can speak any German in any manner.

Very nice indeed, especially the back end. How about slicks, rather than knobbly tyres?

Amazing work Senator! Your build style is so diverse, one minute it's all studs, the next - we have smooth tiles. I don't know which one I love better :) This one is absolutely fabulous, nice work on the parts usage for that grill.

The Sunbeam is why God created cars! Fantastic and supremely zippy. And, with a V8, it's suicidally fun. BTW, did you call my mom a purple ferret in German? I didn't think so.

Now that's a peach! Pretty as a picture, it looks perfect. British sports cars rule! As long as they have Yankee V8s...
