Land Rover (Series 1)
About this creation
Inspired by Starscream Soundwave's excellent 4 wide Range Rover. I liked it so much that I thought I would try to build a... ... 5 wide Land Rover XD What?. Hope you like it SS. I also have a design for a more modern Series 3 Land Rover which I hope to post next week.

My Son's 4x4 :D

Hope you like :D

Well, I'm glad I scrolled down a bit there. For a moment there, I didn't think there was a truck in there;) Great build, Joe. What I'm most impressed with here is your close attention to the coloring to create a very convincing camouflage paint job. Well done, sir.

Quoting Starscream Soundwave Oh yes, this is definitely up my street! Absolutely love it. The colour scheme is brilliant, and I love the little details such as the spare tyre and the underside detailing. The front is lovely too, very Land Roverish! All in all a stunning little build. Congrats on the blog post and thanks for the mention, too! Great work.
Thanks Mate, glad you like it especially as it was your builds that inspired it. I have a few more 5 and 4 wides in production that i hope you will like too. I can't belive this was blogged - that's two in row :D

Quoting Sven Jagdmann Nice, nice and nice ;) This is a really cool and well detailed Offroad scene. I love all the details and the camouflage paint of the car. Reminds me a lot on a Land Rover. Saw many of them two weeks ago during a VW Amarok meeting in a offroadpark. Well done buddy :) Oh, didn't read the descrition XD
Haha thanks sven. I love land rovers :) I have been meaning to build this for ages but have only just got around to it. Thanks for the comment :)

Quoting David Roberts Wonderful! Another one of these small Lego cars where it's worth taking the time to look at some of the connections, such as the deceptively simple wheel arches. This MOC reminds me of the Britains landrover that I painted with Humbrol enamels when I was a kid.
Hi David. Yeah this one has some mad connections for the arches and to integrate the whole rear end. I think we must have painted the same Landy when we were kids. I can smell the paint now :)
