In direct competition to the BR-17 "Red Coat" the FR-06 "Chasseurs à pied" or Foot Huntsman was produced. Unlike the Red Cost, the Huntsman was designed with standard arms as opposed to weapon hardpoints. This allowes the frame to equip almost any standard weapon. The Huntsman came standard with "La Lounge Fusil" a simple and easy to use rifle. A unique feature for the frame was its hydraulic springboard feet. Whereas most frames employ jumpjets, the Huntsman was more literally able to jump impressive heights, reducing weight by not carrying fuel for jumpjets.
Another neat little build, nicely designed & constructed. I like the hinged feet for jumping: a great idea and so simply done. The colours and hats are perfect for 18th century French infantry. As an aside, I'm afraid that the two heads reminded me of the knight with lots of heads in Monty Python & the Holy Grail. Which head would be in charge?
