Hi all ! I'm sorry if I did not add any more comments. What you are looking at is basically a new kind of semiconductor structure, but then blown up like (literally) 10 million times. It's the kind of stuff you will find in all your electronic devices in a few years time. People that are into nanoelectronics engineering can find some info on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multigate_device
