MXSC-R1- The Winning Trap
My entry to Mr. Xenomurphy's Superhero Contest, 13' edition. Sidekick, Think Like A Supervillain.
About this creation
The Joker needed a new trap to catch Batman. Problem was, he was fresh out.
After traps involving everything from sharks to balloons, Joker was just plain out of ideas. He needed some new, young minds. So he cooked up a plan.

He created an online contest for young people to design traps to catch the Batman. He specified for them to "think like a supervillain". Soon enough, Joker had no shortage of trap ideas. He picked one of the most promising ones, submitted by a 'Thorsten' from Germany. Needless to say, it was successful in catching the Bat.
"Congratulations. You've won the contest! The prize: your trap will be used in the next issue of 'Batman'. In fact, it might even make the papers! Hee hee hee!"
Here's some images of the Joker himself:

And here's Joker's office furniture; his table, chair, computer and wastebasket, complete with scrapped parts from the build:

In the back of the build is what I like to call the "Hall of Joker", including his captive Bat...

Here's a closeup on said bat, unmasked and bound:

Hope you enjoyed my build!

NOTE #1: If you're wondering why Joker is several times as tall as Batman, it's because this build was made to include perspective as a key feature. It's meant to make Batman look farther away from Joker then he actually is.
NOTE #2: The dark bluish gray base is 24x24.The one and only overhang on the build is the allowed ring of black tile.
NOTE #3:I should add that Joker's head is inspired by M<0><0>DSWIM on Flickr.

Quoting Jared . Cool build. Good luck!
Thanks!
Quoting Mr. Xenomurphy This is a very original idea, Kodiak, and the forced perspective a nice addition. Very well done. Good luck with the judges.
Thank you very much!
Quoting George Marshall Looks great! Very original, but remember that clearer pictures can go a LONG way with judges, so if you decide to keep these pictures, it may deter the judges from giving you higher points. I mean no offense here, I'm just giving a friendly tip. Good luck!
Thanks for the tip, I'm not a very good photographer :P But unfortunately I went on vacation literally the day after finishing/posting the MOC, so I could not have really done any more after.
Quoting David the Fire Ninja Jedi Awesome work! Funny too!
Thanks! And thanks judges, even though I didn't come close to winning.

Oh those evil Thorstens from Germany - they are never up for some good. I bet he knew about Joker's plan, hahaha. This is a very original idea, Kodiak, and the forced perspective a nice addition. Very well done. Good luck with the judges.
