M-Tron - Fighter
I just tripped up on the canoe piece and thought - o.k. it's red - let's do an M-Tron ship... And yes: also M-Tron guys needed little fighters to protect their own !
About this creation
And that's what came out...

Just for better view an LDD-shot of the pilot's seat

I hope you like it !

I used to hate that red canoe...That is the best parts usage I've ever seen.

Quoting Kermunklin the Giant Evil House Head Interesting fighter design. Great use for those UFO saucer sections. Great pictures too. the colors in my pictures are always so washed out. What kind of camera do you use to get the colors so true?
Thank you ! i have a Canon Eos500D, but i still do a little paint-job to get right the colours... a little bit brightness a little bit contrast (important by red...) ;-)

Quoting Tim C Sweet build, Mihe! I love your builds because they are so unlike anything else out there. The front end of this beaut grabs your attention and demands to be clicked on for more details. There is some particularly meticulous parts usage in here to achieve its shape, which is probably its most compelling feature. Great work, Mihe!
Thank you very much Tim ! If you liked this - i hope you will love the next one... ;-) Teaser: "Spaceboat"

Quoting Jakes of Denmark Jensen NPU with the canoe as thruster casing!! Also I'm a sucker for the old M:tron series. Great looking fighter. Only beef: You should keep the pilot's face true to the old M:tron theme.... Well done.
Thank you! maybe i should change that- there you are right.

Quoting Mohamed Marei Excellent piece usage. I'm not normally fond of SYSTEM but this is just pure epic. While I do love this MOC, I don't usually like cockpits which are not airtight, but that is understandable since you probably don't have the glass pieces that go in the frames. But superbly done nonetheless. :)
Thank you ! And yes you are right... i also like more cockpits which are "closed", but i don't know if these glasses where made in trans-neon-gren...?

Quoting matt rowntRee Stunningly clever and what more can be said about the canoe? The design is fantastic and the colors are perfect. Always loved M-tron. There's nothing about this that I don't like. If this were on the shelf at the toy store, I'd be begging my parents for it. Spectacular!
If you want it - i have the hole thing built in LDD ;-)

Quoting S treet Very nice fighter! Great use of the canoe at the rear. Do you plan your creations in LDD before you will build them with real bricks?
Thank you! Since my Nostromo i thought it is nice to have instructions to rebuilt a MOC maybe after dismanteling it. And direct to your question - Yes and no ;-) Sometimes i play arround with bricks and try to fix it in LDD. Sometimes i play arround in LDD and hope that this will work in real bricks! I think the best way is a mix of both ways...

Quoting David Roberts I love the side view in Photo 5. The overall shape is brilliant, both cockpit and the body with its curved trailing edges. The cockpit is very orginal, both in its shape and orientation. I sort of expected it to be flat rather than tall (if that makes sense!).
