Panzer IV
The Panzer IV was the work horse of the German armor division. Armed with a long barreled, 75 mm gun and a bow machine gun, it was a feared tank. It was a big improvement from its predecessor the Pz. III with better armor and gun.
About this creation

After a bricklink order and unfortunate demise of my (less than accurate) Tiger I, I've built a Panzer IV, factory fresh! This may be one of my most accurate models yet, hope you think so too.

I know, the road wheels are in old dark gray and everything else is dark gray...but you have to do what you have to do. The thing that really bothers me is the light gray pulley wheel in the back, the other wheels I was going to use just didn't work right.

The machine gun is not cut so I can't get any flak about that. Sorry about the blue in the driver's slit, I couldn't find any other colors of that piece. And yes, those hatches do open.

7.5 cm KwK 40 L/48 main gun. I think it's the right length :/

The very difficult to make turret.

The back with another unfortunate causality of wrong color. There was no other way for me to make the exhaust so, whatever.

Without the turret...I see a possible Jagdpanzer IV or a StuG IV in the future...

You know me, gotta have that functionality in there.

Okay so the commander's hatch is kinda cheap...

Other side.

Those pesky Allies don't know when to quit.

Bringing the turret 'round.

Another victory for the SS! Well...for now, at least...

Well there is yet another tank for the Third Reich and I don't plan on stopping. Hopefully I'll make a Hetzer out my 38(t) soon. Thanks for looking, please rate and comment.

I don't know how I missed this one... Well the hull is spot on, however, the turret could use some work. Still very good :D

Nice tank! Not so sure about the turret though, the gap under it just looks unusal.

Quoting claw paradox the turret is nice, although the front of it looks a bit iffy. try making a ausf. J or H with side and turret skirts and wider treads, as well as a JPIV or STuG IV, or a Hummel or Nashorn. You could also make a Wirbelwind or Ostwind.
That's alot to do...We'll see.
