1:1700 USS Enterprise (CVN-65)
Welcome back to Prasad Heavy Industries! It seems that we here have something for aircraft carriers; here is another one! This MOC was built for a couple of reasons: 1) To promote awareness of Locutus 666 who is a great builder. He is also building a 1/350 scale USS Enterprise. I have seen some preliminary pictures, and, if you liked my carrier, then go and stand on his homepage, as that will blow mine out of the water, so to speak. 2) To thank you all for the kind and generous support you gave me on my USS Enterprise CVN-80, 1/350 scale. It, well, its amazing to see all of you come out and take a look at it. It means a lot! 3) To prove that you can build a carrier that isn't that big but still looks, decent? Anyways, enjoy!
About this creation

So yeah. Lets see. I was one day, staring at my carrier, and I thought: hmm, it would be cool to see how small I could make a carrier, but still make it recognizable. After that, I promptly went to school. And then I did some homework.

Eventually, I decided to make the ship, as a thank you to everyone, and yes, to promote Locutus 666. Also, I'm have just, just started to learn French. Dix-Neiuf.

*Adopts wildlife accent from previous carrier* Alright mates, what ya see here is oyerhead shot of this leegendarry shep. One launch of the planez, and I'm dead! I'm gonna touch it. Oh no! It Angreey!

See the island! See it! Come on, see it! Seriously. Come on, come on!
I used one of those hinges with that really, really thin plate to represent the glass. Unfortunately, the grill stole the show. Just like with every rapper.....

"...and the fourth quarter earnings for Prasad Heavy Industries was thirty points above average. With that, the Dow Jones and Nasdaq closed higher, marking the first time the American economy reached an annual growth of over 5% in some odd years. Take zat China!"

On such a small scale, I couldn't make aircraft. But still, they look pretty accurate, for 1x2 tiles anyways.

Can you guess which is LEGO, and which is the 1/1700 scale model that I based the ship on? Good, cause I'm not wearing my glasses so I can't tell...

This is the view that Phileas Fogg would've saw from his hot air balloon. If he ever flew one over the carrier. Obviously.

Aw, so cute! I mean, ahem, its size is compared to the my other Enterprise....

Ya see, not so bad! Quite nice. Yeah, its mediocre.
Anyways, remember to check out Locutus 666's page. That is the place you want to be! Also, once again, thank you for your support on my carrier. And uhm, well, yeah. (awkward)

Quoting Locutus 666 Yes we have actual carrier-weeks here on mocmages. This also a nice moc. When i build my micro Charles de Gaulle, i didnt mention that i also build a small CVN-65. I think it must be around a 1:3400 scale. maybe I should upload it now.... :D
1:3400?! How did you get any of the details in? This I want to see!
