Manufactured by VTI, the M-92 is the next gen BTR, manufactured in the former Yugoslav states within the Federation. When the Balkan Federation Armed Forces requested a new APC to replace their Leonidas II APCs, VTI and ELBO answered the call. When it became apparent that ELBO would go over budget, it was noted by the government that VTI was far under budget. When the ELBO Leonidas III squadron went up against a squadron of VTI M-92s, it became apparent that the M-92s could out maneuver, outgun, and were better equipped electronically (with a Achilles APS). In this exercise, the M-92 Squadron beat the ELBO Leonidas Squadron 10 vehicles to 0 vehicles.
