Quoting adam thelegofan rutland well i had a video of it being destroyed. and there's a real brick one on moc pages by amarone design. i started building it from the outside and once that was done i looked at it from diffrent views.and put the bottom together and compared it to the other one.once i have the bottom ill be able figure it out from there.but if you want you can download it and see the buliding instructions by having it done by building guide and you can see the procces there.so the main thing is pictures analysis videos and buliding a frame on the outside.in the lego city undercover game when the cars get destroyed or flipped over that tells the story of what bricks might be involved.
From what I can understand you built them yourself but it's someone else's design.
actuly its a game design.somebody built it in real bricks.and what it explains in the piece.

You probably should have made that clear in the title and description.

Quoting Jon D How exactly are these "undercover"? I see no police lights what so ever and what police service would be using taxi cabs from the 1950s?
lego city undercover is the name of the game http://videogames.lego.com/en-us/city-undercover/about/screenshots/mixed/ and this is a civilian vehicle from the game.
