Arklohh was a solitary toa and found his life unfulfilling by doing the toa deeds such as saving those weaker than him and defeating evil wherever it crossed his path. He was more into pulling pranks than playing hero and this eventually led to his downfall.
Within NOIZEE's lair, Arklohh attempted to steal a device he would later return but put it to use by causing mischief. He didn't count on NOIZEE himself showing up and blasting him at first glance. Arklohh escaped but he soon learned that the blast had caused him molecular destabilization. NOIZEE's sound-wave had in effect, made his body unstable as to vibrate his molecules apart and eventually leave him a pile of scrap.
Arklohh found that the only way to hold back the inevitable was to take in regular doses of energized protodermis which gave him strength enough to hold off the effects....until he needed it again. This led to him being a known criminal as the other toa refused to constantly use the energized protodermis to keep him alive as it could serve more useful, long term needs. Enraged by this, he often had to raid supplies and refineries for the precious material which was aided by his mask of stealth which turned him invisible to the naked eye. Also came in handy when assassinating his former toa comrades. Once restored, he would evacuate the area by using his jetpack to fly away.
Just an ordinary styled moc that had a problem in it. Once I completed the legs I found out the usual body style would make it look oddly squat so I had to add a section to the abdominal region in order for him to be more proportionally correct.
Just something o get me out of my moc block really. A lazy attempt to rekindle some spark of ideas.

So...He doesn't have much articulation does he?
Head, torso, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, thighs, knees and ankles.
Just because I don't make him look like he's doin' star jumps dosen't take away that he is fully articulated. The only area of articulation that is hindered is the elbows where they cannot bend 90 degrees.
