Bullitt Mustang
About this creation
One of my fans, Sam the first, asked me to give the '68 Mustang fastback from Bullitt a try. So here it is. I took the Mustang body I made for KITT and did my best to make it look like a '68. I had to use pics to get details. I've never seen Bullitt. I know it's a Steve McQueen movie. Rick from Pawn Stars is a big fan of his and references him alot.

I feel the same way when someone says they haven't seen "Goonies". Thanks for commenting.
Quoting matt rowntRee Beauty John! The shaping is wonderful and the dark green works well actually. I do, however, find it difficult to believe that anyone hasn't seen Bullitt. I think you need to remedy that STAT. ;) Great job!

I was hoping the green would be darker too. I saw the Charger in some pics. I'm working on it at this moment. Thanks for commenting.
Quoting Starscream Soundwave Very nice replica of one of the most famous film cars. It's a shame there isn't a darker green but the colour you used is better than black. How about a Charger to go with it? ;)

Thanks Matt. I might have to check out "Bullitt" sometime. I remember "Ronin" having a sweet chase scene too. Speaking of the "Gone in 60 Seconds" remake...
Quoting Matt Bace One of the all-time great movie cars. The chase scene from Bullitt still ranks up there as one of the best ever -- movies like "Gone in 60 Seconds" (the remake) owe a lot to that movie. I really like the tail -- the taillights and gas cap look just right. Great MOC!
