Hovership Calamity
A Matrix hovership scout/escort.
About this creation
Hovership Calamity

The Zion Hovership called Calamity, belongs to Captain Rahn, and his partner, Riflor. The mall hovership serves as a scout and/or escort. It is very small, making it able to perform driving on a mechanical setting. The scout uses six hoverpods and three communication/power antennae. No Matrix jacking equipment is on-board, it does not support enough power for something like that. Cpt. Rahn is looking into getting some armaments for this vessel, primarily twin machine guns next to the cockpit.
Riflor has some doubts about the new mission. He is supposed to escort Scimitar's hovership, the Veskrien. The veskrien is slightly smaller than the Nebachadnezzar and the Hammon, but still has enough power to jack-in to the Matrix.

(The Hovership Veskrien is under construction, I'm utilizing a very new hoverpod technique [No, not the X-Pods, I wish though.;)] that I don't believe has been used before.)

I just love to use this shot on MOCs, now don't I? Anyway, a pic of the ship with it's owner, Cpt. Rahn.

A forward view. I would've used a plain domed window, but it just didn't look very hovershippy-matrixy.

Can't you just hear the sound of the hoverpods at full power flying at break-neck speed into a giant white binder?

Zooey, jooey, wooey, hooey, zooey, jooey, wooey, hooey. There is no spoon.

You see, this is the tailish view, son of back view, Lord of Rear View Kingdom. *LOTR Music*

A view from a sentinel's eye. Destroy that ship, you know you want to...

A useless pic of the power antennae.

The bottom, showing the retracted landing gears. Why land? Because Wachowski Bros said so.

The back landing gear. Wow... Relieves red..dry..eyes...

   Your mom.

Interior view of Rahn and Riflor at the controls.

The back, with a bunch of useless details. Just plain Matrix-style.

*Cue Neodammerung Song* The freeminds stand before their faithful ship.

Awesome hovership. I really wish I hadn't seen this one, now I fear I'll go off into the realm of hoverships, and I haven't even built all the buildings I want to yet....

A bit small, The Hovership is quite a big fighter in The Matrix.

Sweet... I can imagine that being great at zipping through the mechanical lines with ease!
