If the front looks familiar to you, then join me in having another George Lucas moment, and congratulate yourself for having been around long enough to remember. If it doesn't look familiar to you, then just agree that it's one of the coolest fronts I've ever built for a 10-wide car. And definitely one of my coolest cars to date, period.
About this creation
A face that could frighten Satan himself.
Wondering how that grid piece is so cleverly suspended in a place where there's no studs to hold it in? Of course you are! And guess what... We're not getting to that just yet. But maybe later.
B and C pillars. And headrests! It's a big, roomy car with plenty of space to work with.
Definitely one of my nicest dashboards yet.
Underneath this hood, there lurks a fuel-guzzling, ground-rumbling....
Oh, wait. Gotta break for pizza. Back in a second.
(a few minutes later)
Okay, I'm back! Now, where was I? Oh, yes. The fuel-guzzling, ground rumbling...
V-8 big block. Like you didn't see that coming.
It's kept running on a healthy diet of Jaguars and Fiats. Uh, I mean... gasoline.
Now, back to that grid piece that I used for the grille.
This piece goes in...
Like so! And the grille frame fits neatly around it...
Like this. Pretty cool, eh?
I tried to include an opening trunk, but it only made the back end fragile and square-looking. So I decided to keep it like this.
And that's all for now. As always, I'm open to your constructive criticism, as well the praise you're obviously going to shower me with. (no idea where that last bit came from) I hope you enjoyed, and thanks for viewing!
