About this creation

Darden stared as Halbert suddenly walked away. They had been in the middle of a conversation and Halbert gave no reason for his departure.

"Where's he going?"

Filberth stared at the ground, not sure how to answer. He finally chose to tell his brother the truth.

"I don't know. He goes off in that direction every day at about this time. It's almost as if he's meeting someone or something like that. I've questioned him several times about it. Every time he's avoided the question. I just don't know what to do."

Filberth sighed. There was a long, uncomfortable silence. Then he spoke again, struck by an idea.

"I'm following him tomorrow."

"What?" Darden replied. He was shocked; Filberth was the last person that he expected to spy on his friends.

"I can't trust him. I need to know why he's doing this. Why he's refusing to let me know where he's going.

"You see, he's never withheld information from me before. Ever. But this last week, he's been secretive towards even me. I don't like this. I feel like he's up to something, and I must know what. I must find out whether or not my friend is a traitor."

Quoting Kai Bernstein Revisiting. If your waterfall has 66 likes, this deserves 70.
I actually personally prefer my waterfall to this, but thanks anyway.

Cool, a lot like your other LoM build, but still nice! :)

Quoting Halhi 141 That could be interesting. I think it would make the plants too tall though, and it minimizes the effect of the elevation changes.
Mhm, true.

Quoting Halhi 141 Thanks! I sorta agree, but I don't have large quantities of other plant pieces, and my green plate supply is pretty low...
Yeah, I usually end up sticking them in rocks or small mounds of dirt, or covering them with the "plant leaves" pieces (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2417 and/or http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2423), because for some reason the stud sockets look okay on those. But now that I look at the build again, it isn't that much of an issue; more a minor nitpicking thing on my part. :P

Quoting Kai Bernstein Awesome overall build; I really like the balance of the colors and the design of the tree is very clever too. Great rockwork as usual, and I like the feel and style of the story. My only problem with this build: I always hate to see those cylinders with the three small leaves left uncapped; I'm bothered by uncovered studs with holes in them. :P

Quoting Thomas of Tortuga Awesome tree technique! I'm not going to comment on the rockwork and landscaping, since I know you're going to have plenty of compliments about that. My only complaint is that it looks almost exactly like your last build.
Maybe it's just the way I presented it, but it's actually very different from the last one. Especially in terms of techniques used.
