I present you the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, "Hrvatsko narodno kazaliste", a neo-baroque building designed by the Viennese architects Ferdinand Fellner and Herman Helmer. The theatre was ceremoniously opened by the emperor Franz Joseph I in 1895, after 16.5 months of work.

The model is being built approximately in minifig scale and it will be part of Brikkelauget's layout and/or a standalone model on various exhibitions. The final size (not including the roads around) will be about 200 x 130 cm. There will be no emperor ceremoniously opening this one, though.

What can be said ! That MOC is beyond possible rating, even the choice of the building allowing for that original combination of green, yellow and white color pieces was right from the start.

Absolutely superb! The curved small roof sections, window details, SNOT decoration - and the immense scale, really make the building "pop". These old buildings are so difficult to model, but very rewarding when done!

Great piece of work, good preparations too! I'm impressed by the effort you took to make the MLCAD. You've put every stone in there 'stone by stone' or did you use some 'mathematical' program of some sort? I'm curious what this building would cost (materials only), who it will pay and what the reason is for this build. Awesome work, that's for sure! I'd love to see a city of buildings like this (1800-1930 type). Keep up the good work! Looking forward seeing the progress.
