Nice job, though I must say that the landscaping - foliage - is my favorite part. While the castle is good in design, I don't care so much for the color or texturing distribution. The rocks' overall shape is very nice, but they are incredibly repetitive and uniform and the separation between dark and light bley is much too distinct. The water's color distribution looks very nice, though, as do those trees.

thanks, Eve! BrickVention is in Melbourne, AUS
Quoting Flare . This is a fantastic castle, great job Tim! The details are great, and so is the water. The only suggestion I have is to add some tiles to give the castle a cleaner look :) Great build!
yeah, I may do that, or use cheese clopes if I have the pieces. thanks for the C&C
Quoting David . The first thing I noticed was you had real water. :P Great job, this is one of my favorites from you.

Great detail on all the corners of the castle, and I love your technique of minifigure legs as arrow slits! My only critique is that the rockwork is too repetitive; if you were to put some differently-sized slopes among the 1x2x1 slopes, it would greatly improve it.

This is perfect! The way you used the minifig legs is really inovative and adds a great deal of details, and the rest is cool too, like the trees and the rocks. Amazing build!
