Osmur [Titan Mode Overload]
"Boom!"
About this creation
Name: Osmur
Gender: Male
Species: Glatorian
Affiliation: Tajunian Water Tribe
Status: Alive
Powers: Energy manipulation, combustion, infinite power source
Bio: Osmur was born on Bara Magna, prior to the Shattering. Originally part of the Water Tribe of Tajun, he was accidentally caught be the subject of experiments by the Great Beings. These experiments resulted in Osmur developing powers over energy and radiation; unbeknownst to him, this meant that he could be used as a potentially limitless power source.

The radioactive Glatorian was then sealed off by these Great Beings, to be used to power machinery to build the Great Spirit Robot. Eventually, however, Osmur was able to overload his container and escape.

Osmur later fought in the Core War, defending Tajun with his strange powers. However, as collateral damage, he irradiated the waterfalls of Tajun, causing him to be exiled. After a few years the Tajunians felt remorseful, knowing that the damage had not been Osmur's intention, and allowed him to return.

At some point, by unknown means, Osmur gained a larger, more heavily armored form.

Basically just a hulked-out titan version of Osmur. Should've posted this guy weeks ago! Nonetheless, here he is.

I kind of wish I'd taken more pictures, but I think that the current photo set shows off the MOC well enough.

You sir, have taken a MOC with an awesome look, design, and color scheme, and given him a bigger, up-armored look with a new, original design. That right there is how you win.

Quoting Grant Batista This is great. Ive been trying to get back into mocing for a while now, any tips?
Hmm... I'm not really great at giving advice for getting back in to MOCing. Coming off a MOC-block, I assume? I'd suggest starting by making variations and modifications to old MOCs. That always helps me get ideas when I've been unproductive for a while.

Quoting Tim C Wonderful! The shaping is perfect. I love the little touches of trans-green you've thrown in there. Great work.

Quoting Glorified Pessimist I went to your page and saw the, "99" instead of, "100" and I thought, "Wait a sec..." Now I know why. Quick, must find which one was deleted!
Good luck. I've actually forgotten which page I deleted, so it was probably something insignificant.

Your 100th bio-MOC. That's a lot of builds. As for Osmur, he is a titan. I think he's well done, very armored and actually, very similar to Infernum's Mech for the Bio-Cup. Not too much off of the original, with good designs all around. Keep up the good work!

Hate to ask you to count it out, but - 2nd and 3rd pic down; see that fit, for the armoring on the TOP of the foot, dovetailing into the 'toe' piece for the base - this is a BRILLIANT flow. Further, maybe it should be said there's alot of love for the WHOLE feet/ankles/lower legs in general. This is another thickthick Build (my kinda thing) strong, knobby-greebling, just good stuff. I notice you've been sticking to that double-pistoning structure for the legs of the last two MOCs - good support, clearly, but how's it go for flexibility? Simple curiosity. CHEERS~ =P

Though I may not know why you did it, I do know that you did an amazing job at it. While I may think the torso is about 3 stud too short around the diafram, the rest is awesome! I wouldn't say he's better than the original, but instead I find it to be an equal to the first osmur but in a different form.

Quoting Coconut Fanatic He seems to be lacking in the bottom of his torso, the "Crotch" area. Just looks gappy(gosh, always awkward giving critique around that area). But I have to say, frickin' wow. Just, just wow. SO much goodness right here, oh so much happiness. Techniques: Great use of the Meltdown vat on the arms, same goes for the Metru Matoran torso with the HF armor, and that wonderful back with that cockpit showing off his radioactivity. Generally, (aside from the aforementioned topic *~*) I would say that this torso is marvelous, simply marvelous. I like the technic block above the metru chestplate. The arms: BEAUTIFUL. I find no fault in these, for they are perfect. Excellently shaped and built, just... just arghflrsdkgkk-. Those legs are pretty solid too, but they seem far apart from each other, and they stick out a bit on the thigh section. The feet and the lower legs are really splendiferous(love that word), they are really well designed. Man, I wrote a regular critique here.
I agree that the crotch was a bit weird and should've been filled in a bit more. The leg connection points are six studs apart instead of the usual five, which may be why it looks weird, although in my opinion it looked a lot stranger when they were five apart, since they were quite close together. Thanks for the feedback, glad you like the MOC!

Yeah, true... that was a joke, since Metal was on the livestream where we started talking about "HE IS RETURNS" and we just carried the joke over to him.

Okay. You and Patryk were also using on Metal's page and other pages, and I just followed along. Dos energy cannon arms tho.

Quoting Stormjay Rider What IS the point of the "He is returns" phrase, then?
It refers to a page by Technomaster Neu announcing his own apparent return to MOCpages. It can only be used in reference to Neu or something else just as ridiculously bad, otherwise the joke is lost. :P

Quoting Patrick Mont He looks amazing. But in some pictures the top part of the chest armor is pointing out and looks a bit awkward. But overall I think you did a great job making him into a titan. I really like the foot design. I think it is in good proportion with the rest of the moc.
