Nola Vivace
I'm back with my latest MOC, and this time it's a fictional car.
About this creation
I first drew this design with pencil and paper about a year ago, but I didn't consider building it in LEGO until a few months ago. And after taking apart my aging Fiat 500 Abarth, I had the pieces I needed to make it.

The name "Vivace", is an Italian musical term for "lively". Click here for the pronunciation.

This car's design is mostly inspired by the Ferrari 458 Italia, McLaren MP4-12C, and Rossion Q1.

Quoting MortalSwordsman . Hi LBj sorry I haven't responded to your last question but I see that SSSW did on my behalf. Almost reached the big 100, here is one more :D
Thanks MS. Yeah, almost at 100, but the weird like glitch that's been going around is affecting this; I think it should actually be around 98. Oh well; it's not a bug difference. -LB Jr.

Quoting Chris Maxter Can you tell us some building tips?
It's helpful to look up blueprints of the car you're trying to build before you start, so you get the proportions accurate. I usually build in 1/15-1/16 scale - I've found it to be the smallest you can go without sacrificing too much form/functionality.

Quoting Sebeus I Very nice, you seem to have combined some very like-able characteristics of different supercars, atleast I recognize a different car on each picture, I love it. You really are an expert in the delicate domain of large scale cars. Great job! May I ask where you got the transp. yellow (fuel) tubes from? They look perfect for this purpose.
If I remember correctly, I got them in a large box of random LEGO bricks from eBay. I'm pretty sure you can find them on Bricklink, but they'll be more expensive. Thanks for your compliments as well!

Quoting King Andy Really nice car, really beauty and with really cool building techniques. The model is really similar to Pagani Huayra, what do you think in change a few stuff in the car and made a Pagani replica from it?
Yes, I agree there are areas that are similar to the Huayra, but all in all they're not close enough in the design layout to modify it without making major changes. There are a couple Paganis that are on my future "to do list", though. Thanks! -LB Jr.

Now THAT'S an Italian hyper-car! Beautiful body work and the proportions seem so perfectly, well, Italian. Oddly enough, I can make out the light soprano tones of the engine coupled with the beautiful baritone of the exhaust. Very nicely sculpted with a wickedly cool interior. In red, of course. =) Fantastic!
