Used as an alternative to the LL-918 One Man Space Ship, the Asteroid Runner is a cheap personal transport. The craft is capable of immense speeds, but pushing it too far can cause the entire propulsion system to fail. Despite this, it requires less maintenance than the LL-918. To keep the cost down, asteroid lasers were not installed, instead the large wings were reinforced, which keeps collision damage to a minimum.
About this creation

I've had this built since Thanksgiving, but never got around to taking pictures. I'm glad I waited, as I finally got my hands on a trans-clear visor. In the past I've used trans-brown, but the clear one looks so much better. I also tried something different with my lighting, tell me how it looks.

Very simple and straightforward, everything classic space was ever about! The little stand you made for it is very nifty too!

Nicely done. I agree with David. Simple build leads to an awesome result.

A super CS build. I like how you've used the different shapes of wing plates, especially the front prongs. The way that you've made an interesting angle for the three engines by using that turntable is simple but rather elegant. Nice work!
