Ok, this has got to be my second favorite. The walls just came out so good. ;D Well, anyway . . . READ.
About this creation

"FATHER!" Cazzmir rushed down the stairs.
The day had finally come. He had found his father.

Tover Velmont looked up at him in amusement. "Well . . . hello son. You're looking well." He finished this with a string of coughs.
Cazzmir couldn't take it anymore. "Why is this happening?!" He exploded. "Why is Arvon doing this to us?!"

His father set his sad gaze on Cazzmir as he unlocked the cuffs on his wrists. "This was bound to happen sooner or later. He's wanted revenge ever since that day you were too young to remember."

Cazzmir hated being clueless. He hated that he was always the one who never knew what was going on. "What day?! What are you talking about?!"

His father looked away. "I'm sorry Cazzmir. But you aren't really my son. You aren't even an Enalican."

Cazzmir stumbled backward as if he'd been hit by a brick. "But--that--that can't--"

"It's true." His father sighed. "Arvon and his men, this was before he became govenor, they took you from another family. A wealthy family they raided. It was the most successful raid they'd had in years. More riches than they could imagine. They sold you to me. At least, I thought they did. The scum tried to cheat me, of course. They ran off with you as soon as I paid the money. But I got you back. There wasn't any way I'd let those criminals raise you in their wicked ways. I went into hiding with you afterward. That's the real reason why we've always been moving around constantly. To stay out of their range. But it all turned out to be futile when Arvon became govenor of Invadir. I knew he'd try something like this. I'm only surprised he waited this long."

"Then it's time to take him down." Cazzmir retrieved his sword from the ground. "Someone who calls himself 'the Masked' is confronting him. I'll make sure we get the answers we need. This isn't over."

Cazzmir's father struggled to his feet, using the wall for ballance. "Right, well, why don't we get out of this stinking place first, eh?"

Cazzmir hurried over to help his father hobble on his weak long unused legs. But his mind never left Arvon. He was finally going to clear things up. Finally going to find out why he was so important in all this. He only hoped he wouldn't be too late.

Bonus pics.

The floor. I just love that crack. :3

The wall with the chain.

And the other wall with the steps and door.

I'm probably running out of Freebuilds, but my entire series of builds revolves around this story. More on the way, and thanks for reading!

Quoting Kermunklin Giant Evil House Head Well, I think this is a very cool MOC. Reminds me of my D&D games. I think wall is cool and I love the floor. It's something I never would have come up with. I'm not sure what LOM is, but then again I am a "noob" with none of my own models upoaded (or even photographed) yet. And as for you, young Skywalker, we'll be watching your career with great interest
Ha, thanks. Well, LOM(the Lands of Mythron) is a medieval roleplaying game where you earn points for your builds. It's a lot of fun. I mostly do it for the stories I like to write, but the building is great, too. If you'd like to try it, here's a link to the group: http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/22392

Quoting Freeling ++ Oh wow. @Halhi & Kai. You two have proven yourselves as real $n0bs, just commenting like that. Just.. Wow. Personally, I liked the MOC.
What? We're sn0bs because we don't like the moc as much as you do? :P Besides, I never said this was bad. I just referred to Halhi on the wall texturing bit and gave constructive criticism.

Quoting Halhi 141 Um freeling... Obviously you aren't up to date on the nˇobish comments they've been directing toward Kai lately...
Nope. But I'm definitely up to date on your nˇobish comments.

Quoting Kai Bernstein Oh, I'm sorry if my recent comments on your mocs came out as retaliatory...I assure you they weren't meant to be. I would have given this a like if it didn't have the amount it already did. :P
Yeah, I know. I'm not accusing you for anything like that. I was just trying to explain everything to Halhi.

I was only telling Kai to tone down his comments and at least be less mean when saying something's overrated. I wasn't ganging up with Reynolds to attack him. And I understand how you're sticking up for him because he's your friend, but it kind of surprised me that this is how you'd approach things.

So that's what this is about? You're not much better than Reynolds IMO if that's your way to 'get back at' me.

Quoting Kai Bernstein I've got to agree with Halhi, for the most part. The only /really/ unique bit is the crack in floor (which I quite like, by the way). However, it's still a nice build, though, and has an intriguing story!. But while your lighting is good for the most part, I'd advise toning it down for the interior of a cell like this. (I know, I'm one to talk about lighting. :P)
Thanks. I mostly turn up the brightness on my camera because it gives me perfectly white background. :P I know it sometimes turns out too bright, though.

Quoting Halhi 141 I'm honestly not a huge fan of this, I think the walls rely too much on the textured 1x2 bricks and not enough on building technique (SNOT, 1x2 tiles sticking about halfway out, that sort of thing). Still, the cracked floor is pretty decent, I guess.
I see your point. I never said it had a lot of building techniques, though. I just really like the way it looked. :P

Quoting Stormjay Rider Pretty nice build. The floor and walls aren't perfect, but I understand having a lack of pieces... the cracked floor was a nice way to use the pieces you had. Keep it up!
Uh, not exactly. I just recently ordered slope bricks from BL and wanted to try a new technique. . . .
