'Fohtooh ma Solo kaychahlah...'
'I like Captain Solo where he is.'~Jabba the Hutt, Return of the Jedi.
About this creation

With all of the palace residents presumably passed out from celebrating the capture of the mighty Chewbacca, a shadowed figure appears in the entryway to Jabba's trophy room

The bounty hunter Boushh cautiously approaches the carbonite encased Han Solo.

Deciding that all is clear, Boushh prepares to activate the 'thawing' process.

'Who are you?!', a blinded Han Solo asks.
'Someone who loves you.'
After nearly a year frozen in carbonite, Han Solo is released, only to find himself suffering from hibernation sickness and unable to recognize his future baby momma.

'Wait, I know that laugh... Hey, Jabba. Look, Jabba, I was just on my way to pay you back, but I got a little sidetracked! It's not my fault...'

'Ah, chicaboog noon-eeg Solo. Tah keeng sa leeng ah pak mugglah, peeska chatah: may now kung bantha poodoo!'
(Itís too late for that Solo. You may have been a good smuggler but now youíre bantha fodder.)

A lit shot of the trophy room.

Specially modified BT-16 perimeter droid, containing the brain of a B'omarr Monk. The LEGO versions have all been four-legged and I've long wanted to make a proper six-legged version.

Max Rebo, jamming on his red ball organ, would like to thank you all for joining us, also remind you to fly safely and please, don't forget to tip the staff!

Fourth Dimension Commentary: As the sorting continues, our intrepid hero also tries to wrap up some MOCs he's been tinkering on for far too long, such as this one. Keep your eyes peeled and another one may pop up before you know it...~H

Great attention to detail, Hans! I love the lighting here, it really adds a lot. You succesfully gave it the smooth clean tatooine mud wall look without making it boring or uninteresting. Great work!

Quoting matt rowntRee I can't get over the perfection you've achieved here. Absolutely stunning! The fantastic build is matched only by the presentation. That lighting could not be any more dead on. Inspiring! And happy birthday, we went ahead and celebrated last night JUST FOR YOU. XD
Thanks, Mitch! =) One reason this has taken me so long to finish was the desire to really do justice to the scene, both in detail and atmosphere. In the end I 'rushed' to wrap it up and got lucky that it came together to my satisfaction the way it did. Sometimes the stars just line up, I guess. I'm also glad to have been your evenings excuse to get loaded! XP ~H

Quoting Dave Kaleta Hans, The completeness of your scene is amazing. I love the way the build fills the edges (even the type of shadow cast). ~Dave
Thanks, Bats, I strived for as much authenticity as possible and wanted the lighting to really bring it home. I'm glad you appreciate it!~H

Looks fabulous, my friend. The lighting is very nice, and that droid/brain/whateveritis is wicked. I'm not Star Wars guy, but the overall build captures what I remember of that movie "Return of the Feta Cheese" or something like that.
