The E-O civilian low altitude craft was a very adaptable design. Later models were modified for racing, and military use, as scouting vehicles armed with light weaponry.
I started this MOC from the round "fan" piece, and then I just improvised while building. Also, please excuse the un-edited pictures... It was really late :P.
This is the racer version, the cockpit is round and simple to reduce drag while improving maneuverability and view.
I really wished I had some of those black parts in blay for a better color scheme. This is the military version. The scout craft has an open cockpit with just a small canopy, and some light cannons.
