About this creation
LIU Cybernetic Beserker
The Ludgonian Industrial Union is currently experimenting with creating a product line of cybernetic soldiers. After our company's success with our first attempt (Cybernetic Sniper), we've decided to try our hands with the Cybernetic Beserker. Unfortunately, the prototype is not for sale. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Injured soldiers that have little hope for living a normal life are sent to the LIU's cybernetic facility and are integrated into mechanized suits. By the end of the process, all that's left of the soldier is his brain.
The accuracy of a cybernetic soldier is much higher than a traditional soldier, so it was obvious that the LIU's first attempt be a sniper. But, during testing another feature of the cybernetic soldier stood out...its survivability. The Beserker, able to withstand heavy fire, highlights this feature.
Heavy armor and protected systems allow the CB to take heavy fire and continue forward. The CB's only weakspot is its head, and even then, you need a high-powered, accurate sniper to take it down. Good luck with that.
The point of a beserker is to create as much carnage as possible in a short time. This lowers the enemy's morale. The Cybernetic Beserker completes this task easily. A plasma cannon on its left side can fire 3,400 plasma rounds in about ten minutes, which is about 5.7 rounds a second. The two anti-personell rockets on its right side insure the carnage reaches the rear of the enemy's lines. When it has depleted all of its ammo, the CB can return to base or charge in for hand to hand combat. You decide...
Large, sturdy legs give the Beserker stability when firing its plasma cannon. They also allow the CB to deliver mind numbing kicks if it charges in for hand to hand combat.
A small antenna on the CB's back allow it to receive orders from command.
The Cybernetic Beserker poses with the Cybernetic Sniper and the Remote Assault Mech. Their orders...create enough civilian casualties to provoke the remaining civilians to surrender to the LIU. The LIU is running short on slave labor.
The Cybernetic Beserker stands on a pile of bodies. So far, this prototype seems pretty effective.
Note: The Ludgonian Industrial Union is not as inhumane as you are led to believe. The majority of its business is done in a peaceful manner. However, the work shortages that have hit LIU factories are threatening to delay production. Desperate times call for desperate measures. If you don't like it...volunteer your men to join the LIU workforce.
I like it, but I feel that the body is a bit too boxy and the legs are too spindly for the body. If you made the body more compact, the head would improve, not detract from, the overall MOC. Keep building!!
