Big bay doors, rovers, troops in clean white armour, industrialization...oh yeah.
About this creation
This is a prototype repair bay for our mechs and other robot units such as MHA units, as well as units and other tools of conquest from the T'en Mar Manufacturing Facilities.

First off I need to thank some people for help with this, especially Keith Goldman for giving me quite a bit of advice. Thanks dude, you're a great inspiration.

At the back we have a small hatch for personnel to come in and out, guarded by two of the ever-watchful security guards.

Two columns on this side...what could they be for possibly? Well I'll just let your imagination run free there.

On the other side some action is going on...let's take a closer look.

Here's a rather routine capture of a rebel - They just never seem to learn.

   AHHHH! One's escaping! GET HIM!

"Sir, what is your destination, how long will you be in the area, and do you have any fruit with you? Just remember that you may only buy $70 worth of goods here for transport back to your homeland. And don't forget to stop in at duty-free!"

YEAH RIGHT! This punk is going in jail!

On patrol around the facility is a C-98R Termite.

   Into the vault...

No, seriously, it's actually just a back entrance to the building. We just prefer to keep all non-authorized people out.

Two on duty officers having some time to themselves...what they are doing exactly is under investigation now.

It appears a coupling has also come loose on the roof, but a tech has been assigned to repair it. On production models of these buildings that fault with be eliminated. Unless, of course, somehow the report gets lost, damaged, mutilated, misplaced, or otherwise made useless.

This guy is just begging for trouble. I'm sure he'll try to explain 'But sir, it was a long shift and their were no enemies in sight'...he's in for a surprise when he finds out the rebel that was being apprehended in the above pics walked right by with him napping.

A line of intake valves and two troopers recieving orders from their commanding officer.

One of the few 'features' that has been added is a sliding roof hatch. As you can probably guess, it's closed. If you didn't know that, please visit your nearest doctor immediately.

   Opening...

   Open!

A similar sliding door is at the back of the model as seen in above pics.

At the four corners of the building there are guiding lights for any incoming supply craft. Sort of like plane runways do for night...you know?

Panning around to the front again we go inside...just keep scrolling down.

10 points to whoever can guess what is right inside the doors.

You guessed it - An MHA unit. Wasn't that hard eh? Well then tell me this, how many lego bricks do I own?

Doors wide open now, you can see this is a pretty busy place.

So here's the diagnostic center. I know those may look like some odd form of control stick, but they're actually hi-tech scanners that do the testing on the MHA units from remote. Enough said, it's classified technology.

See here, this bot got his arm shot off in some heavy fighting. Without these incidents, we wouldn't have this entire building now would we? Don't blame the bot, no one's perfect.

Here's a lathe. Yes, it's old technology, but some things just are good to have around. Who knows when you'll need to machine a new barrel for something?

Up on the upper level there's a wide selection of paint colours, as well as a control booth and stairs to the roof.

Design note: The floor came to be because I was trying to save plates on the underneath of it, and found using wings in that way was a good method. Then I got this idea...and it looked cool. And I'd never seen it used before.

Finally, now that you are semi up to speed on the main parts of this type of building, I'd like to say thank you again to everyone who helped with this.

At a glance, I thought it was nothing special. I was wrong! I like all of those sliding doors that you used, not to mention all the attention you put into detail. I agree with Keith on the minfig scenarios. Great job, and happy MOTD! It deserves it.

Great work Jail! I've always loved complete buildings for some reason, maybe it's because I never can build them, therefore I ever get jealous of building skillz.;) I love this new futuristic military theme, very sweet. The Workbench and sliding door/hatch are my favorite design aspects. Although it seems a bit, eh, needing of something. Maybe more greeblies on the sides. Darn, I was going to use that wing floor idea months ago! Oh well, that's what I get for being to slow with my customs.

Jail, this MOC is wonderful! You should really build more in this theme, rather than building more in Castle ;)

Cool. It looks a bit boring at first, especially on the outside walls, but once you open it up.. It's all good, and complete with deadly robots! :D I love the interior, I like the floor design, simple, but it looks cool. All the computers make it look less like a box with stuff on the inside, and more like a military base. I like the details on the outside, but some of them would look better in Dark Grey.. I like the stuff on the top, especially the hatch. And the guiding lights for the supply craft are awesome, but where are they going to land? Oh well, I'm sure they help them not to land on the top. :) A very good custom, and I would like to see more like this.

John, Amazing work! You've showed me your progress from square one on this bad-boy, but I would have never imagined it to turn out like this! And, thanks for mentioning T'en Mar Manufacturing Facilities. The droids will be very pleased.
