8-wide HUMVEE is faithfully proportional to its prototype and seats 2 to 4 minfigs.
About this creation
The HUMVEE is the world standard in light military trucks! This 8-wide model is faithfully proportioned to its prototype with the distinctive vertically-slatted grille and a generous ground clearance, seats 2 to 4 minifigs. The M998 baseline vehicle features swinging, removable doors, mount for swinging tailgate, and four clips for lift by air or crane. Instructions available as .mpd file for the minimum basis needed to create any of the ever-expanding series of variants and configurations in use around the world. Leave as is in UN white or change part color to your choice of light gray, dark gray, or black (sorry, not all pieces available in tan... yet). Deep water fording kit is optional, as seen on my M1025 armament carrier version which also includes the slope back fairing with opening hatch and radio antenna.

8-wide models barely fit in one lane of newest roadplates.

These photographs show the model built without the opening doors.

Four seat cargo/troop transport, including spare tire and mounted antenna.

|
External exhaust pipe is optional on all configurations.

Ready for humanitarian assistance whatever the trouble spot on your layout.

Yeah! 6 and 8-wide is the only way to build 'em. I've seen your other stuff via the BIP and I must say it's very impressive. I especially like the jeep. Never quite figured out why you uploaded a blank file for your Studebaker... Anyways, I like all your stuff, and I can't wait to see more. |
