About this creation
You can see for your selves. It is big and heavy.

IT'S A CYLON TANKER.

I MUST HAVE BEEN QUITE MAD WHEN I STARTED THIS.

SO FOR ALL OF YOU WHO LOVE SEEING THE BUILD ON THE GO

THIS WAS JUST DONE FOR YOU.

SO MANY IMAGES TO GIVE A COMMENT ABOUT. I THINK IT WILL EXPLAIN ITSELF AS YOU LOOK AT THEM.

width="333" height="500" alt="">

Well if you think that was a lot to get through you are right. So now imagine what I will be adding soon as I finish doing all the visual editing and back grounds.

Quoting Mihe Stonee Hey Garry, again i cross over this cool inside look... The front's curve is done so beautiful :-) And this is my reason, why i came back to have a look. I wanted you -the Master King of Battlestar ships- to ask if you can give me a tip how to create such a nice curve ? I work also on a bigger Battlestarship http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/392363 and i'm not sure how to do the curve... Did you use for the top also hinges like on the backunderside of the front ? which is seen very good in Picture 9 ?
Will have a look .. I know I am rather late in getting back to you.

Quoting Stephan Schumann @garry, If you find time trying the raider, you may look first for the black-skeletton bricks. The updated download is the right one. But i guess making it real will not be easy, problems will be for shure. I would be pleased when the 'Viper' will get its 'Friend'...
The wait is not far away

Quoting Mark Kelso God, this makes my day! I don't know what's the coolest...the engineering of the substructure, the beautiful visual rhythms and textures of the surface work, or the sheer volume of parts. It's all just mind-blowing. Looking forward to the final presentation of yet a another masterpiece. Phenomenal, Gary!
What an honor of a true master handing out praise like that. I am pleased that makes your mind go boom. Just like your creations do for me.

Quoting matt rowntRee So perfectly elegant. And so perfectly Cylon. Outstanding in every detail, literally. You have left nothing unfinished or lacking. That front bow is a marvel to behold and try to figure out how you managed to build the curves and hide the gaps. There is nothing on this behemoth that I like better than the rest. Truly a complete and masterful execution so far. Beyond outstanding, it's definitive!
WOW thank you Matt, What an outstanding array of praise. This was the second largest build I have created and totally over engineered it( almost Solid internally so it could hold it's own. Cheers and thank you again

Quoting Mihe Stonee really beautiful done Garry... I'M always impressed by your level of detail and your speed in building these big ships ! I'm on the USS Sulaco since 2 or 3 month with "only" 9600 pieces... Do you sort your bricks everytime after dismanteling the ships or do you buy new pieces ? ;-) ?
Thank you very much Mihi .I am glad you liked it. Mihi I dismantle and sort into colours and shapes, often count them all too. That is time consuming but makes the next build so much easier to do. I wish I had the funds to keep all of my builds then I could open up a permanent Lego Exhibit. What fun that would be.

Quoting Stephan Schumann Well Garry, first i hope you have overcome your trageic eppisode, i have felt with you. I try to hold on my lego-projects, when the world seems to break down, myself... So, this is a MASTERPIECE, and i am very pleased, that you sent us so many wip-pictures, it's amazing how 'roundness' have entered your creations in such a high level. Most i like the coloured-spots, and the elegance, wich breath in this tanker. If you want to make my cylon-raider real, just wait for an week, i will update the download, with new changes... Congrates on your Tanker, so welldone!
A very Heart felt thank you Stephan. Too much happened to soon. Now I am back and soon as the new construction room is finished I will be building like a crazy person to catch up on a years gap. This build was huge and heavy. Two people could carry it but four would have been easier. As I say I like them big. The Raider was completed some time back so soon I will be uploading it for your eyes. Gravity dictated what I could do. Cheers.

Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist It's quite incredible how much detail you put into these models despite their size. I really respect that even though you've done tons of 5-10 foot ships you make no compromises on quality - this is looking absolutely amazing. Can't wait for the final post!
Thank you very much Luke .I am glad you liked it. I do like them big bad boys and yes size is the key to a more impressive looking ship. Cheers

Thank you very much Tim .I am glad you liked it. The repetition made the build go faster, by golly it used so many elements. The front and the rear are my favorite parts.. Cheers.
