LOM RC - Golden river
LOM - RC challenge.
About this creation
The idea for this RC challenge was to build something "Lovely" And to include "love" for valentines. Bleagh. So in this case, I love gold, and the river full of gold, (Which may be kinda hard to see.. -.- ..) is the lovely part. ENJOY THE PICS!

Quoting Matt W. ...those SNOT studs...
That ain't SNOT. Tiles may not have studs, but they're still studs-up here. :P

Quoting Freeling ++ Wut... Have you ever seen round smooth rocks near rivers? THERE'S TONS AND TONS. Now, go get off of your computer, and go outside for once in your life. ;)
Of course. And yeah, there are a few. But not at that level. Here, it looks overdone and repetitive in places. The occasional plate, round or square, would be nice (and realistic). And as for getting off the computer and going outside...dude, where do you think I am, offline 3/4 of the day all week? A bomb shelter? :P

Quoting Halhi 141 Yeah, but the difference is that the rocks should look natural, and there's a variety of colors in real life. I typically prefer just recreating the look with a random mix of tan/dark tan/light grey/dark grey plates stacked which tends to look pretty good (like here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/379201). It just doesn't really work with just round plates because in real life they'd be smaller (usually) and overlapping and such, not with all the gaps.
Cool story Bro.
