15 Parts Batmobile (4-Wide)
My entry for Sam's "15 Piece Vehicle Challenge", a 4-wide Batmobile
About this creation
These are some preview photos, I'll add more and better pictures later, when I get the missing part (see below)... I just wanted to post it before anyone else got the idea of building a Batmobile for the contest ;-))

Sam's idea of a 15 Piece Challenge is great. My first thought was a micro scale model and I started with a micro scale model I was already working on and reduced the level of detail until I got it down to 15 parts.

But then I started thinking about making a 4-wide car and the first idea that came to my mind was a Batmobile. So I started the design with LDD. And this is the result:

Update March 5, 2014: Some new (and better) photos.

The proof: 15 parts only, according to the rules of the contest
Now, there are REALLY 15 parts (counting a complete axle as one). The 5 parts assembly from the front has been replaced by a 6x2 curved slope.

A look around...

This is my entry for Sam's 15 Pieces Challenge, a 4-wide LEGO Batmobile.
I hope you like it :-))
