From 2006 to 2013 I've spent part of my few free time designing and building 1/13 LEGO trucks.
I'm not going to build trucks for some time, and currently I'm engaged in a new different project.
To close my "trucks era", I've grouped all my models into a poster. I love this kind of stuff. I also made a printable version, and a copy is on the wall of my "LEGO workshop".
Below: recently I had fun taking outdoor photos of my trucks.
Here my Volvo F12 and F16. The "F" are a series of trucks manufactured by Volvo Trucks between 1977 and 1993.
Below: SCANIA 0/1 SERIES - The king of the road of the seventies
The close-up one is a LB 141 with “Pat Duffy” colour scheme; Patrick J Duffy Transport was an English hauler located on the Hampshire.
The blue/yellow one is a LB 140 registered in Italy on 24th may 1976. It has been restored in 2010 by the owner of ATS (a northern Italy transport company).
The beautiful color scheme remembers the Swedish flag and it was used by SCANIA in the seventies during the international truck shows.
