When I made the 7 studs wide hearse I thought to myself why not jump on the bandwagon and transform it into the Ecto one? It's basically my Zombie Icecreamtruck with some obvious modifications. The sceneryphoto's shows the older version. A quick moc-up. The other pics show an improved version with the roof stuff rearranged.

Quoting david drake a great trio of iconic cars you have there, and all at the interesting width of 7 studs too! Great work on Ecto-1 and that 60's style Batmobile is pretty sleek and cool too. Go ahead and get onto Bricklink, buying online is easy, ... , in fact, TOO EASY!!!
The easy part is what I'm affraid of..... ;) And Thanks! This green batmobile is my prototype-design, still 8 studs wide. I've made a 7 stud version. More detailed and overall sleeker than this one. Check it out in my CARS-folder. :)

Quoting clayton Marchetti Before you buy a big box of lego, Have you ever gone to bricklink.com you can buy just the parts you need. Lot cheaper that way. Christine! Awesome
Ehm yeah, but I'm very hesitant in buying online... There will be a moment I'll turn over to the Bricklink-side. But at the moment I much rather go to a person/store and change real money for real bricks. Also I'm not too sure about bl being a lot cheaper... I'm just getting out of my darkages so at the moment I don't have a lot of Lego. So I think for me buying sets is a good thing to get me on my way. For now. Besides... buying a box of lego, your not only buying the particular pieces your searching for, you also buy random pieces. And random pieces equals inspiration.

Quoting clayton Marchetti That's really cool! That hearse makes for a great platform for these cars. Excellent!
Thanks Clayton! It does, doesn't it? I've been thinking about a Plymouth Fury named christine... But, I'd have to buy a big box of red lego... Because I really think I run out of bricks soon...
