Quoting Paddy Bricksplitter Wow, this is pretty comprehensive. Cool details too.
Thank you very much Paddy! The Batboat by itself seemed boring so I added the dock then I did the tricky buoy then I had to do the iconic Batmobile towing the boat. I'm glad you liked it.

Quoting El Barto ! Still waiting for the Batman series... Did you build the logo yet?
I haven't touched a lego brick in 3 weeks ! :-( I have a really bad bacterial infection in my leg. Spent a week in the hospital. I finished the front of police headquarters and started on the Batcave. I need to place a huge order for dark slopes for the rock work. Which I have to learn how to do. I've been watching episodes looking for the one I'm going to do.

That's a great idea. You could do the movie. You already have a lot of it made. You could do it in parts. The book I have is called " The Official Batman Batbook". It's written by Joel Eisner. It tells about each episode and has a section about the movie. It's pretty good.

Thanks David! The last photo was a tribute to the Corgi Batmobile and Batboat combo. It's kind of funny since the jet exhaust from the batmobile would destroy the boat :-) thanks again David!

Quoting Joe Hammond This is awesome! We just watched this as part of the beginning of my kids Spring Break. They now understand what it means when someone says something is "cheesy". Great job on the build. But no signs specifically stating what items are (Batpoles, Batcomputer, Instant Costume Change Button, etc.)? That movie is terrible. Great MOC though.
Thanks Joe! There were no signs on the pole at the dock where the Batboat was kept and no Batcomputer . This isn't the Batcave Buddy :-)

You don't have to do ten at a time, you could do all of them, but it would probably be easier, since you would;t have to count 40 or so to find the right bunch of code.

Quoting El Barto ! Exactly! Open three tabs. Two are MocPages, one is your gmail. Add Lego creation on both. Upload your pics. I've been able to load as many as I want without an issue, but ten at a time, fine. Once they're in code, Control A to highlight, Control C to copy, then the second MocPages tab, Control V to paste, then your email, Control V to paste. Hit preview on one of your MocPages tabs to see the pics. Like he said, write your dialogue, toggling back and forth so you can see the pics. Work for a little while, then erase the email page and copy the code page back onto the email so you don't loose your work. Get it? Now start cracking, Dude!!! I wanna see Batman!
I think I understand but all I'll have is the code what about the pictures won't I have to upload the pics again ? That's the part I can't wrap my head around.

Quoting TheLegoNoitAll . So when you upload photos, it makes the photos code and puts it in the 'About this creation' text box. You can use the mouse, and click 3 times quickly to highlight the entire text (Ctrl A does the same) and right click to copy that. you can go into your e-mail or word doc and paste that in there. you can click on the 'preview creation' button to check which bunch of code is which photo, and type whatever you want to say under that bunch of code. You could do this so you can do it at perhaps 10 photos at a time. (it also helps because after 30 minutes on the same page MOCpages will delete anything you wrote, meaning you would have to make the page again) just don't actually upload until you have it all done, go to your email, hit ctrl C (copy) and Ctrl V (paste, Ctrl P is print) and then upload. Hope this makes sense.
Ok so I'm working in my email typing the text there then I copy that back to the box in mocpages. But I can only do 10 at a time El Barto said I'll be doing at least 40 where do I store them in the meantime and won't I have to upload it all over again?

Quoting matt rowntRee Awesome! That was really the only bat vehicle that seemed to be the absolute most fun. The copter and the car looked fun but it was the boat that always seemed to be going like, well, a bat outta Xell. Great little runabout by itself but then you built the whole pier, the buoy, AND the trailer. One top notch build Brother. LOVES IT!
Thank you Brother! I always loved this Batboat to. I figured just the boat by itself would be boring. So I made the tricky buoy and then I had to make the pier. I just had to make the trailer in honor of the Corgi Batmobile and trailered Batboat ! Thanks again Brother I'm really happy you loves it :-)

Wow! That boat is amazing! As is the Batmobile of course ;) And the Pier and buoy too! On a side note, you have a lot of barrel pieces, and I must be the only one with a puddle of studs instead of an ocean XD

Awesome! LOVES IT!

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 wow Clayton! you know your business! I love that you took the time to get a pic of the original, I had totally forgot how it looked, the buoy, wow again, the boat rocks, to tip me overboard, xd, the dock, and the water are amazing! the trailer was the cherry on the sundae, super job!
Thanks Frank! I found I cool trick , I played the movie on the computer and paused it whenever there was a scene I needed then took a pic with my iPad so I could study it . This way I can go back anytime I want. I know I'm probably the last to think of this :-)

Quoting El Barto ! Dude! These are such perfect replicas of the toys, it's hard to believe they're Lego! And the trailer to boot! The sets and scenes you created are like stills from the movie. Excellent work yet again! Ever think of doing an entire episode? Once you've got a few sets built, it's not all that complicated ; )
Thanks El Barto! Every time I read your Battlestar Galactica . I'm just waiting for backgrounds for dummy's :-)

Quoting Alex Rode Wow! Really great stuff Clayton! The arrangement of the colors in the water provides an excellent look. Well done!
Thank you very much Alex ! I really liked the way this water technique looked in the General Lee Moc I thought id use it again. The only drawback is picking the clear ones back out.

Quoting Dr. Monster Awesome! I really enjoy your 1960's Batman MOCs. Lots of great stuff going on here. The boat looks killer and I like the whole build for the pier, and the buoy scene too. Nice water technique.
Thanks Doc! I always appreciate your comments. I think I rebuilt that pier 4 times and each time I had to redo the railing . I've seen a lot of water techniques and this has always been my favorite. The only drawback is separating the clear from the dark blue :-) . Thanks again !

Quoting Matt Bace Ha! Awesome! I love the picture with the Batmobile towing the Batboat. It looks like Batman and Robin are going on a fishing trip.
Thanks Matt! Back when I did the Batmobile El Barto had asked me if it was the corgi batmobile . So when I did the Batboat I had to recreate the corgi batmobile trailering the Batboat it's a classic.

Quoting LukeClarenceVan The Revanchist Wow, awesome diorama! I thought the boat was great, then you showed off an entire pier! Top-notch Clayton, one of my favourites from you.
Thanks Luke. I kinda thought that the Batboat by itself would be boring . So I thought I would add a few scenes from the movie to spice it up.

Quoting BrickBuilder7622 . Holy excellent MOC, Batman! Seriously, this creation should be in a Batman Museum on display for people to see and enjoy! The structure of the Batboat and Batmobile are perfectly replicated from the movie. In addition, you have added the dock, which is superbly built! A great way to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Batman! Super-outstanding job, Clayton! 5/5! :-)
