The newbie.
About this creation
BIO TIME!
Name: Lorom
Gender: Male
Species: Matoran
Race: Toa
Element: Fire
Occupation: Working as Toa, protecting Matoran and Agori
Titles: Lo, Toa Lorom, Toa, Brother, Hagah
Kanohi: Huna, Mask of Concealment
Alignment: Good
MOC Status: Built
Personality: Very bold and brash, and can be very curious about things.
Bio: Lorom used to be a Matoran who lived on Stelt, and he was a merchant and a mechanic. Life was pretty good for him.

Eventually, Lorom migrated to Spherus Magna when the Mata Nui robot was destroyed, along with Makuta Teridax. Lorom continued his business as a merchant and mechanic.

At one point, Lorom was out exploring in the wild, looking for items he could use. He eventually found a peculiar stone, which seemed to glow when he held it in his hand. Shortly after, Lorom was attacked by a Makuta by the name of Pyrodax. Luckily, a Toa Team known as the Neo-Toa Mangai intervened. They drove Pyrodax away, and accompanied Lorom back to his home. On that day, Lorom met Lucem, Toa of Light and leader of the team, Volt, Toa of Lightning, and Blaze, Toa of Fire.

Upon arriving at home, Lorom looked back through his collected his items and found the stone. He held it in his hand for awhile, and then it suddenly started to glow with immense light. Lorom felt a powerful energy running through his body, and before he knew it, he was a Toa!

Lorom eventually joined the Order of Toa, and was assigned to the Neo-Toa Mangai. He was suprised to find out that this was actually the Toa Team that saved him as a Matoran. Lorom has been working with the Team ever since.

Theme: "Battle! Wild Pokémon" from Pokémon X/Y

So, here's Lorom, the newbie of the Neo-Toa Mangai.

Back.

Legs. One of the problems with Callan that I wanted to fix with Lorom were these. Callan's looked nice and chunky from the front, but were thin as crap from the side. That, paired with the chunky upper leg made for a very bad leg design.

Torso. Same old torso I've been using.

Arms. These are the same arms Callan had, but with the silver armor taken off.

Head. The Huna was always one of my favorite masks, so I gave it to Lorom.

Head without mask. Same head as Callan's.

Gimped, in an action pose.

Here are his weapons. They're ninja/assassin/Wolverine/fire claws.

Gimped.

With the other members of the Neo-Toa Mangai.

Outside.

L: Bye!

So, that's it for this MOC! If you liked it, please rate and comment, and feel free to take a look at some of my other MOCs!

Quoting Evan Botkin It's nice. I think you should put more armor on the upper arms. You should consider using a different torso style, you've used it in a LOT of your MOCs but eh, that's just my opinion.
More armor on the upper arms in V2. As for the torso, I'm hoping to add more variety to it in the future and try making custom torsos.

Quoting Andrew31kbrick193 /// I love the way you made the torso. I would love to make something like that for a Toa Metru design.

Quoting Commander Spencer But that torso just works too well!!! :D I see where you're coming from, though. But the reason I kinda like it with my Toa is because Toa in the same team usually have a similar build (at least set wise), so I want to mimic that. As for Makuta...
That makes sense. You should expirement though, even if it's not for this team :D. Oh, and on a side note, would I be able to use Spencer for any story stuff? I thought I heard someone already asked that once, but I figured I'd ask anyways :).

Quoting Stormjay Rider Agreed with chains about the legs -- and you probably at least have some black armor that could cover it up. Alternatively, you could give your MOCs different feet (such as Inika feet) and use the Metru feet as lower leg armor, or vice versa. I've tried it and it works out pretty well. Also, could you maybe trade out those silver Bohrok eyes for dark red or black ones?
But you see, putting black HF armor on the legs would mess up the color scheme, as it's dark red on top of black and grey. But I can see what I can do. As for the bohrok yes, I'll probably change them out, I only kept them cuz I'm lazy. :P

Quoting Bumblebee 5253 Nice job, but I feel you copy your other MOCs too much. Maybe try some different stuff next time (torso!).

Quoting Toa Chains Nice! I really like it! I especially like the legs. The only problems are that I think his arms are a bit bare and the balljoints on his lower legs are a bit distracting, I suggest filling those balljoints in with a HF armor piece. Other than that though, this is a really cool MOC!
The only problem with putting a HF piece on the legs, though, is that it would mess up his color scheme. As for the arms being bare, I do agree with you. I'll have to try and see if I can put any armor on them.
