Quoting Amy Johnstone Hi, this is a brilliant MOC! One of the best I've seen. I was wondering if you had some building instructions for this? My little cousin has a lot of lego and he would really love to give this yacht a go! I was thinking of giving it to him as part of a birthday present.
Hi Amy, thanks for the nice comment, I'm really glad that you like it. Unfortunately I don't have any building instructions for it and just built it as I was going along. Tell you cousin to have a go at building a yacht, they are really fun to make, I have added quite a few photos for this MOC of everything featured on it, so maybe you can take inspiration from the and try to re create it with your own Lego bricks. If you still need more help building one and unsure about something, let me know and I will add more pictures of it for you and try to help you the best I can. The Lego set 4997 is what I based my build colour scheme around, but I got the set some time a go and may be hard to get now (you can find the instructions for it on Legos website). Thanks again for the nice comment, and I wish your cousin a very happy birthday, and hope to see his yacht on here when it's done, happy building, David

Wow, what a beautiful yacht; the details are just amazing. I really like the fact that you were able to add so much functions and accessories to the interior. It really makes this ship come to life. Also, the color scheme that you chose for this MOC really goes together nicely! Overall a stellar example of what a LEGO yacht should look like! Crazy-good! 5/5! :-)

Quoting Yann (XY EZ) It is fantastic work! I love the quantity of details there are. The Jacuzzi is fantastic for example. From the outside, it looks imense, but it seems you had some problems with the size inside (everything seems compact : the cinema for example). Anyway, the level of details is gorgeous, the functions are extraordinary and in general, this is an astonishing job!! 6/5 8-D
Thanks! - I like the jacuzzi too, just using the minifigure heads to look like the are actually in the water, I agree with you, sizing was a bit of an issue, especially when you want to add so much details and different rooms to it, thanks again for the nice comment :)

Quoting James Prins Wow, this is amazing! Very detailed, and it's always nice to see minifigures populating a creation like this! Did you purposely follow the colour scheme or the 4997 Ferry set? I like the colour! Now is there any way you can get me invited aboard? :)
Yes actually, the set started off as the Lego Ferry Set, 4997, and I thought about turning it into a yacht, so by using my own Lego collection I extended the Lego Ferry set by 2 and 1/2 times the original set length of 41cm. Also I'll send the limo tender to come and pick you up, they will be a drink waiting in the yachts bar :)
