the level of details is simply crazy! The final rendering is amazing. My wife said only girls'eyes could make that kind of build, it was obvious at first sight.

this looks so real, the document shredder, french doors, tire used as waist bin, that file cabinet, everything about this, let me not forget the fax machine, which it looks like was possible the scaling anchor in this MOC, it's all astounding! I can't wait to see more rooms of your house come to lego life

Thanks Tim :) I'll be much quicker with the next room :)
Quoting Tim C Paula G...That sounds so familiar. Where have I heard that name;) Welcome back, Paula, and what a return. I could write paragraphs on what I like about this MOC. There is so much good. Ok, let's narrow it down. The pattern on the floor is wonderful, and the coloring goes with the motif, but contrasts well with everything else so that it all stands out. The floating shelves was a great idea. But my favorite aspect of this build has to do with the elements that make it an office. The printer, fax machine, drafting table, office chairs, waste basket, and the shredder are what bring this whole thing together. The mouse and keyboard are a great touch and I like how you even paid enough attention to add little knick-knacks to the shelving in the space. Nice touch with the dagger and rack. This is easily some of the best work I have seen in a long time and it's a toss-up between the office and the kitchen as to which is my fave. Superb work, Paula, and I can't wait for the next couple years to pass so I can see your next room;)

Hi Dallas, Thank you! No, I'm not an architect - just thought that the drawing board was a good addition to the room. Good Luck with your future career :)
Quoting Dallas Bovair Wow great build! Also are you an architect? Because I'm fairly young now but I'm interested in the credentials of a successful architect.

There are some amazing details here, but what I thought when I saw it first was, "Wow, there are still architects who prefer board drafting?" The drafting table is a great touch, though, and adds some character to the room.

Been waiting for this, Paula! :D Well done, once again. If ever you find the time/money/bricks/space to finish this house, I believe it will be one of the most stunning lego creations built. You might even use the old Lego Scala dolls in it! :D

Thank you Sven for the great comments :) The plan on the board unfortunately isn't of this house due to the fact that I'm just building whatever looks/feels right - having great fun whilst being slightly concerned about the space it is going to need ;)
Quoting Sven Jagdmann Wow, some days ago i thought on you and your really lovely built creations. Long time no activity and now i see again a fantastic new room from you. I miss nothing there, everything is on its place. Really really good job again Paula. I'm really excited and love every piece of the nice Home Office. One question: Is the drawing the layout plan of your Lego house? I can imagine that this is the case because you have a really good eye for detail. :)

Amazing, you are a very gifted person who knows how to think outside the box! I love the way you shrunk the house plans and included real in this fantasy room! Yet this fantasy room can easily be turned into a real room. Who'd of thunk - LEGO as an adjunct to interior design!!!

Fantastic! I love it! The techniques, the colors, the everything. I would, however put a lever on the smaller chair. You know, the one that lifts the chair. Anyways, now do the rest of the house. You have already done the lounge and the kitchen ;))
