This is my pride and joy. I'm in the process of putting this thing together but couldn't wait to show you all the render(s)! Heavily influenced by several of the other C3 Vette builds on this site. Check back soon for more pictures of the real deal.

Quoting Trenton Denbo I would pay $$$ for a step-by-step instructional on how to build this! What d'ya say? Not joking.
Thanks Trenton! It's currently up on Lego Ideas (https://ideas.lego.com/projects/77779) and their terms state I can't monetize the model while it's gaining support. Please consider supporting the project so everyone can build one!

Quoting Henrik Hoexbroe This is excellent. Looks REALLY promising! Great effort! What piece is used for the housing of the rear lights?
Thanks Henrik! The tail light is a combo of part 41533, a technic pin, and a round plate: http://i.imgur.com/byzsohx.png Unfortunately, Lego doesn't make this part in blue, so I'll have to paint it :(

Quoting Yann (XY EZ) The fact that it is made on ldd makes me wonder! All these details, and such a big realism !! This is wonderful! I can't realize that the concept of a lego brick can end up in something with so much curves!! 8-D Can't wait to see it "finished" even if to my eyes it looks pretty finished already! 8-) 5/5 kindly from France -Yann-

Quoting Nils O. That's absolutely awesome, the shape is so close to the original. On the thumbnail I thought it was a plastic model, no Lego. Well done, so far, can't wait to see it "for real" :-))

Quoting Matt Bace Awesome! You've done an incredible job duplicating some of the very-difficult-to-model curves of the '69 'Vette. I also love the side pipes, front grille, and brake vents. The finished model will no doubt be spectacular.
Thanks! This one's been a passion of mine for a while. Hopefully it will be built soon!
