Ninja Challenge, Race part 4
About this creation
Part 4 of Cyberfrank's Ninja Challenge.

We re-join our heroes as they stumble on a paved road and decide to leave the forest...

A short while later, they enter a city.

But what's this? A tank is slowly moving down the streets on patrol.

Kirk and Oppie doesn't know if the local military has been alerted to their presence, but to be safe they both decide to turn down what looks like a quiet street.

The tank crew though, doesn't even seem to notice them.

Meanwhile, the local band Angels of Morbidity are throwing a surprise concert for their many resident fans.

And here comes Kirk, realising that he and oppie have entered a cauldesac - and gatecrashed a police monitored concert!

No matter, there's enough space to pass the blockade and use the cauldesac turn space.

And while the cops begin to react, here comes Oppie!

He passes through the same gap as Kirk while the cops watch in surprise.

They quikly race behind the stage while the cops finally get moving and a couple of local thugs have noticed the commotion.

The motorcycle-cop tries to block their escape..

..but Kirk still has the gun he found at the castle!

The crowd flees as the other cop tries a maneuver similar to his colleague's, who crashed his bike to avoid Kirk's bullets.

He has to duck though, and almost loses control of his car.

While one cop mounts his bike again, the other reverses his car to begin pursuit. And through it all rides Oppie with his knife drawn but not a scratch on his body or an enemy within reach. Lucky guy!

The cops finally begin pursuit and now the local thugs seem to have a score they want to settle as well.

Kirk and Oppie, currently leading but more concerned with getting away from the pursuers, return to Main Street and narrowly avoids an accident.

Oppie decides to take another turn to confuse their pursuers - and Kirk follows suit.

Alerted by their colleagues at the concert, a swat force blocks the way for our friends right by the entrance to the local nuclear power station.

That kind of firepower is a bit too much, so Kirk and Oppie slows down some and decides to take another route.

..leaving the pursuing team time to catch up!

Manager: "Move that leaking barrel outside to the rest of the waste, or the radiation levels will be too high"

Clean-up team member: "Ok, sir. Should i re-seal it too?"

Manager: "No, that's ok. If we leave the leak alone there will be less waste to manage later."

WROOOM!!! Both: "What the.."

While the deafening sound of motorcycles fill the reactor hall, Kirk and Oppie have little choice than to climb the stairs.

Plant operators flee to all sides, one even falls off a platform and is saved by the railing.

One of the local thugs have passed the police and is climbing the stairs as well.

His girlfriend follows along while Kirk has no choice but to cross the reactor lid. Oppie lifts his knife to take aim...

...and hits the controls to the crane, starting it up. Kirk has landed on the cop who has finally managed to get his bike up the stairs too. (Kirk also drops the letter, but unfortunately this isn't visible in the photos)

The other thug tries to cut off Oppie's escape but Kirk lends a hand with a few shots to cover him. Meanwhile, operators are frantically calling their superiors for directions!

Kirk races down the stairs, the cop gets on his feet again, Oppie plunges off the reactor lid and the other thug, fighting to get control of her bike, rides straight in to the Spent Fuel Pool.

The cop rides off, leaving a rough landing for Oppie and the poor operator hanging off the side finally loses his strength and falls.

..But fortunately, Kirk's dropped letter is right there for him to pick up.

The cop, confident that others will stop Oppie, pursues Kirk as they leave the building.

But Oppie emerges untouched. Maybe everybody is moreconcerned with the girl in the Spent Fuel Pool upstairs!

..And this is a lesson for all novices in motorcycling: A small well-suspended bike is better for off-road travel than a large one with windguards and 50kg worth of extra equipment!

Kirk and Oppie both make a run for it while the cop is removing pine cones from odd places.

Cop: "I'll find you, once i get my bike running again!"

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 I like to look back at the stories later, I find more, like the wharehouse, and the tan fašade, nicely done! I m not sure when I ll do the last part, but, looking at it puts me in the mood, xd.
Thanks Frank! I like the tan house too, perhaps i'll think up an original interior for it some day and post it on it's own :-) The warehouse is a long-time project, a bit like the nuclear plant. From time to time i find enough new parts to build on it, and by now it's -almost- finished. Enough to use as background at least :-D Sounds great that this makes you want to build your part soon, i am looking forward to seeing what you might think up this time ;-)

Quoting Nick Barrett Great stuff. The police get bikes for their agility, but they always get cumbersome bikes!
Thanks! Hehe.. Yeah, it's a bit of a paradox :-D

Quoting Topsy Creatori ha, ha... great episode! I bet the fans of the Angels of Morbidity didn't even blink an eye when the bikes came through, they probably thought it was just part of the show! :)
Hehe.. You're right, the police caused the panic :-D Thanks for your comment :-)

Thanks frank! I decided to try and find some builds i hadn't shown yet to mix in with set stuff for an overall 'new' experience. I am very glad you liked it :-) And thanks for the spelling tip, it seems i needed that my friend :-D

Quoting clayton Marchetti As I was reading this I thought this seemed familiar. Then I saw Cyber Frank mentioned at the end and it clicked. Excellent work. Loved the chase through the power plant.
Thanks! Indeed, you should join the fun if you like :-) I'm really glad you liked the power plant chase, i must admit i had serious doubts about that part.
