Here is the rebuilt version of the Engine Company 5 Quarters i built some years ago. I used the new profile bricks which i ordered on BL last week and i tried to add as many detail i could. Normally the building stands between other buildings but i decided to build it as a stand alone building. I think it turned our very well and i'm really happy with the new one. At the moment you can see Batt. 1 inside of the firehouse but it will be replaced with Engine 5 which is planned. Thank you very much for stopping by. I hope you like it :)
About this creation
Here a nice detail: Some work around the firehouse still must be done ;)
@night at the firehouse
Lights during a normal evening/night
More lights when a alarm goes off.
Now three new pics of the updated front and the new letterings.
Changed the red front in many details after i noticed that some things were wrong. Now it looks more like real one. I changed the letterings and i added some interior inside of the garage. Due to the parts limitation, especially the tiles on the floor, i decided to shorten the garage in depth with adding a second back wall inside of the garage. But i've done that only for taking some nice pics. So you'll see how it looks when the interior is finally done :)
Thaaank you so much. From you this means a lot to me because you built it first and inspired me a lot to build my own version. I wish i had some pics of the interior of the garage because i'm working on a detailed interior for it. Added many new details inside. You should take a look on it on Emergencybricks. http://www.emergencybricks.com/community/gallery/ Thanks again for your nice comment.

Hey my friend! I hope you have a great vacation with fantastic weather and much fun. I wish you all the best and hope that you come back healthy. Enjoy it my friend. Thank you so much for your very kind comment and compliment. I really appreciate it! Don't worry about it because you missed it only for a few days ;) Greets, Sven
Woahoho, my friend! Outstanding job! I love how you incorporated the bricks and other textured pieces, the colors were perfect, all of it is spot on! I would say more, but I have a flight to board. And this is what happens when I go on vacation... I miss Sven's latest thing! Heh. Again, great job, man.
Wow, Sven this is by far the most amazing Lego fire station I have seen and the brick pieces just bring it to a whole new level. The details are amazing to the point when I first saw it I thought it was a picture of the real 1! Cheers, Evan
Thank you so much for your really kind comment my friend!! :) You're so kind to me :) Yes, i'm thinking about tiling the floor. And it will get a complete interior. When this is done, I'll show it with a new update. So stay tuned. But i think this may take a while. I'm very well and hope the same for you. Thank you for your kind wishes. Stay safe too. Greetings back from Germany :)
100/100 Another masterpiece from team Sven Realism is off the charts with this one and the level of detail is spot on. I do have one question though Have you thought of tiling the garage floor? I think it would add so much to an already great build. Anyway I hope that you are well my friend and are safe and happy Greets.
Thank you so much for your nice comment Henrik. I really appreciate it! Yes, with the doors is because of the scale i used for the building. It was built in the scale of the modular houses, directly based of Market Street to fit it perfectly between the other modulars. So it's a bit narrower as ist normally should. But i decided to keep it in the scale i used.
Thank you really much for your nice comment my friend! I'm glad that you like it so much. Yes i agree with you. The single bay stations are really nice. But this one was my absolute favorite when i saw it. Yes, a engine fits very well in it but i have to edit the mirrors i have on the newer rigs. Because of the mirrors it's really tight and i need only 1-2 millimeters more space between the sides of the gate. Can't wait for E-5 too :)
Holy cow! Talk about a sweet build; man this is awesome! Phenomenal job on the replica; looks like it a lot! I also really like the urban feel that you have delivered with this build. Outstanding! 5/5! :-)
Wow! Beautiful job on the building! Looks just like the real thing. I thought that last pic was still your building I was just thinking that's a funny looking minifig than I realized it was a real person ha ha ha! I especially like the work area on the side of the building. Excellent work Sven!
