The Advanced Duplex Heterodyne Dirigible (ADHD) is a highly maneuverable airship equally suited to both pursuit and escape.
About this creation
We are pleased to introduce the Advanced Duplex Heterodyne Dirigible (or ADHD for short) developed by Isambard Dodgson Smiths Esq. under the patronage of Gustav von Klangfarben. Here you see the two august gentlemen out for a reconnaissance prior to afternoon tea.
This craft is able to perform various difficult manoeuvers dynamically, or 'on the fly' as they say, by varying the relative rotational frequency of the fore and aft primary steam engines or the quartet of clockwork thrusters. You may well ask which is fore and which is aft and you wouldn't be the first person to get them confused. The symmetry prevents the dirigible from being stuck back-to-front in tight situations. Terrifically handy, wouldn't you say?
Here you can see many useful contraptions on the underside including the landing supports which have been deployed.
Messrs. Smiths and von Klangfarben have landed on a rumoured 'wip rock' in the vicinity.
Having disembarked it is time to explore. Is it really in progress or has it fallen into disuse?
"Hmmnn, greenery." Alas, we have run out of room on this page...
