The Canis Army was created by Asylrus Canis for the sole purpose of defending the Celodian Empire from invaders. With every new Canis generation, a new Canis Army is born. This one is the 67th Canis Army, led by Visora Canis II.
About this creation

Visora Canis II, the almighty leader of the Canis Army. Visora is half Osuvaren and half human, giving him the basic look of a human, but with fangs and white eyes. His father, Visora Canis, married a human to help extend the alliance between the Valor Republic and the Osuvaren Empire. Although his genetic code may differ, Visora, like all other leaders of the Canis Army, trained from a very young age to lead it. Visora fought valiantly in the war against the Rai-Kaan, who were backed by there ally, the Kallus Empire. The coalition launched a massive assault on the Osuvaren home world of Ondys. Visora was captured during the battle and put into the Kallus Empire’s super-soldier program. Visora's skills had him become the partner of Ssyass Ukehir, also known as Starghost, a Rai-Kaan who fought in the wars. The two decided to leave the Kallus Empire and fight against them by serving in the Valor Republic. Visora generally did not like the Valor Republic, as they refused to aid the Osuvaren in their time of crisis, but found joining them to be the only affective way to cease the tyranny of the Kallus Empire. However, after the attacks of the Basilisks, a group of rouge warriors roaming the galaxy looking for worthy challengers, one of Visora’s students, Aranor, led those who were loyal to him to defeat the Basilisk threat. The Valorian Elite Council condemned Aranor’s actions as reckless and immoral. After the wars Aranor, after defeating the Kallus High Commander, took his place as leader of the Kallus Empire’s forces. Visora was put as responsible for Aranor’s betrayal and was exiled from the Valor Republic. In his years of wandering the galaxy, Visora came to the conclusion that the fighting between the Valor Republic and the Kallus Empire would not stop, so his decided to give birth to his own Canis Army, to destroy the two great powers, for the sake of all in the universe.

Visora is often seen at the front of his forces during a battle, which most view as a reckless and foolish gesture. However Visora believes fighting alongside his troops greatly increases morale, and it is not as if he is unprepared. Visora lives by the motto “two blades are better than one” and his ability to put his mind in two places makes him a dangerous fighter. His years of endless training in the Kallus super soldier program also contribute to his deadly fighting. Visora is ruthless in battle but does not hurt civilians, even if they demand to fight, because he believes that the people’s support will only further his cause. Visora tends to matters using reason rather than his own personal biases.

Starghost, the High Admiral of the Canis Army. His real name being Ssyass Ukehir, Starghost was a mere soldier fighting in the Rai-Kaan army against the Celodians. Along with Visora, he was captured by the Kallus Empire and was trained along Visora to become a super-soldier. At first, the animosity between the two was great, but eventually the two became good partners by setting aside their differences, to complete the often suicidal missions that they were given. Soon the two also became great friends. After he got word of Visora's capture by the Valor Republic, Starghost left the Kallus Empire to find Visora. Starghost was then enlisted and went on to fight alongside Visora during the Basilisk Wars. Visora sent Starghost on a shuttle out of the battle and off the planet to escape the destruction of the super weapon Visora stayed behind to activate that would consume the planet. Starghost thought Visora had died, now spending his days as a bodyguard for the Grand General Orez Alpha. But some hope inside of him told Starghost that somehow Visora was alive. And when Starghost found him, Starghost's loyalty would then rest with his old friend.

As High Admiral, Starghost has control over the space fleets of the Canis Army and answers directly to Visora. Starghost also acts as the enforcer of the Canis Army, sent to deal punishment to those who would challenge the Canis Army. Starghost also has a great deal of expertise with stealth, which is why his armor uses some of the most advanced stealth systems created.

Captain Jarik Antares, one of the few non-clones commanders within the Canis Army. He is cold and stern when leading troops and is often escorted by his best soldiers.

Captain Antares fights with an iron fist, literally. His robotic arm features incredibly stong grip, extending claw, and a flamethrower.

Masak Korr, a Najji who works as a spy for the Canis Army. He was once part of the Kallus Empire, hiding on the world of Monflare with his personal guard until Visora came and killed them all, even betraying the squad of Valor soldiers sent there to help him. Masak begged for his life and Visora lets him live in exchange for his services.

Masak is the Canis Army's best infiltrator, being able to sneak into some of the most secure places known to the galaxy. Masak still associates with the Kallus Empire, stealing their information and plans and giving it to Visora.

Aurora

Hawkeye

Canis Sentinels, enhanced clones created specifically to protect important figures in the Canis Army, such as Admiral Antares. They carry blasters for long range combat and pikes for close combat. Their modified polearms have shield generators built inside allowing the Sentinel to encase themselves in a small shield, protecting them from oncoming laser fire.

These bodyguards are armed with long pikes, not only used for close combat but they can also generate a shield around a small area, protecting them and whoever is between them.

Canis Officers are the tacticians of the Canis Army and support troops in the field with their unique training.

Canis Officers are specially designed to lead the troops into battle. They empower nearby ranks with confidence and often lead strike teams to attack enemy bases.

Canis Commandos are elite combat specialists in the Canis military armed with heavy blaster rifles and nearly impenetrable armor designed by the Canis Army’s top engineers. Trained to beat almost any odds, the Canis Commando battles deep behind enemy lines to carry out precise, hard hitting strikes against the enemy, with a barrage of blaster-fire and a few carefully aimed firebombs. Even Black Hands are wise to think twice before engaging in combat with the Commando—this is what it means to be one of the Canis Army’s finest.

Commandos are often spotted in groups of two, though there have been sightings of more. Thier armor is thicker, their guns are more powerful, and the number of survivors they leave behind, zero.

Perfect genetic creations, the Canis soldiers are the backbone of the Canis Army. Pure and simple, these clones are born and bred to be warriors. They have an unswavering loyalty to their Supreme Commander and are fearless in battle. They are most effective against infantry units or vehicles when they can attack in large, coordinated numbers.

Canis soldiers are equipped with standard Phaser rifles, and each carries several Plasma grenades which can be used against infantry and vehicles.

Canis Demolition Troopers handle the anti-vehicle and anti-armor battlefield duties of the Canis Army. To do this, the Demolitions Trooper carries a powerful laser capable of tearing through vehicles with ease. However, this specialization leaves the trooper vulnerable during close combat, so he relies on his brethren to protect him. When threatened by vehicles, the Demolitions trooper's value become brutally apparent. Not only can he engage vehicles directly with his laser, he can also create perimeter with his frag mines.

When it comes to taking out vehicles, Canis Demolition Troopers are the specialists you're looking for. Each is armed with a powerful laser that cuts through vehicles, turrets, infantry, and heavily fortified structures.

While the bulk of clones in the Canis Army are trained for infantry duty, a few are randomly selected and specially trained to be Engineers. A Canis Engineer is attuned to vehicles and many other battlefield technologies so that he can repair them wherever, whenever.

Canis Engineers are part combat engineer, part field medic, and park resupply clerk, making them a valuable asset on any battlefield. Their ability to repair vehicles is impressive enough, but they also heal and resupply teammates and themselves.

The face of the Canis Infinite Armada, the Canis Pilot is able to repair starfighters as well as pilot them, making them invaluable against the threats faced in space combat.

Canis Pilots are also used in boarding parties on enemy capital ships. They are equipped with special time bombs perfect for destroying critical systems such as the engines, their shields, or life support.

Unlike a traditional army, where snipers are culled from the best of the best shooters, the soldiers of the Canis Army all possess the same characteristics regarding eyesight, accuracy, steadiness, and patience. However, the Canis Scout has recieved special "flash training" teaching him the inticacies of being a good sniper. On the battlefield, the Canis Scout is responsible for one task: disrupting enemy infantry. His specialized conditioning provides him with the ability to gather intelligence, sit, wait, and methodically pick off enemy units one by one.

Canis Scouts are masters of reconnaissance and precision attacks. Their sniper rifles are extremely powerful, capable of dropping even multiple enemies with a single shot. But their sniper rifles fire and reload slowly, and because of their size, require being carried in pieces and assembled wherever the Scout finds a suitable sniping point.

Feared by even the Valor Elites, Canis Hunters are clones of the Osuvaren species and are used as the close combat elite unit of the Canis Army. They wear special black helmets to accomodate the canine appearance

Canis Hunters are sent to dispose of individuals who are seen as a major threat to the Canis Army, even in the eyes of the Supreme Commander himself.

Clones created using Hawkeye as a DNA template, Canis Jet Troopers utilize a limited fligh jet pack to cover great distances very quickly. The flying Jet troopers ability makes him very hard to hit, and his modified rifle can be used at short or long range.

Utilizing the "genetic memory" of Hawkeye, Canis Jet Troops fly from one elevation to the next, allowing them to gain some very adventageous positions on the battlefield.

H.E.A.T. Harsh Environmental Assault Troopers, distributed to locations where conditions are too intense for ordinary soldiers. With suits made with protective materials and temperature controlling abilities H.E.A.T. are able to go into places with boiling heat, freezing cold, or even places with high radioactivity.

The Canis Army works to bring balance to the universe. They believe the universe must survive with conflict and peace, good and evil, and that they must be put in with moderation.

So when others try to disrupt this balance...

The Canis Army comes in and kills them ALL!!!!! Muahahahaha!
(unless of course something can be worked out through civilized negotiation. If not, it's time to kill.)
