A Swordfish Cruiser bought, modified, and heavily used on the Black Phoenix Consortium Navy. The main modifications are the 2 AA guns on the top of the ship, but others include the extra guns on the side. The original Swordfish has only 12 guns total, while this one has 13 per side. The ship has fast engines and top-of-the-line hyperspace nav computers for quick gettaways after the hit-and-run is over.

About this creation

This is the engine compartment. The engines are set on the outside of the wings.

A back view of the whole ship. the bottom tapers out to the base of the wings. The rest of the large block on there is the cockpit. It just kinda drops off...

The bottom of the ship. It is black so that it can "drop out of the stars" during hit and run attacks. The ship floats above, undetected, then rolls ninety degrees either way, and opens fire with the 13 side turbolasers, while the two AA guns on top watch out for enemy fighters.

The side view of the whole ship. The front forms a point with four heavy turbolasers. These are used for front attacks only. The sides hold 13 turbolasers in two rows layered. The side is the most lethal, because when no fighters are present, the ship can bring 21 guns to bear, with the 2 quadturrets on top going after other cannons.

This view shows the 2 top turrets much better. The front one shows up as a little gray square, but the back one is the red square in the center of the red semi-circles.
