The Race Truck was rebuild into this slightly larger race truck with a much larger wheelbase eliminating the understeering and giving a more realistic appearance. The engine has been enlarged to a V12 instead of the old V8, but the weight has been reduced from 505 grams to 495.
It is no ordinary race truck since it is four wheel powered. There are two differentials and the little steering engine has been moved forward for a better weight balance.
Very nice detailing, though if it were a racing truck in the *real* sense of the word, it would be even more spartan than it already is. One thing I don't understand is the four wheels at the back, since racing trucks usually have two (?). I was wondering what had happened to the guy who built the MOCs that made his figs so happy :-)
