Eastern Block has several corps of highly trained elite forces. Generally, high ranking officers, such as Lt.General Hallman and Jr.Marshal Hoffman, maintain their own elite troops for defence as single-point strikes.
This decentralized system allows each individual Corps to develop its own technology and training to best fit the great variety of terrains and situations the troops may find themselves in.
The Jr.Marshal's Corps of Marines is specifically trained for Space combat and for boarding enemy craft. For this, they are equiped with special armored space suits and high powered Blaster weapons.
The next step up from the Pulse Rifle is the Mini-Cannon. The minicannon uses a directed Matter-Anti-Matter reaction and delivers a blow comparable to cannons on a Fighter-craft.
